안녕하세요. 저번에 자게에 서울시 공무원시험 관련 글을 썼던 콩차입니다. 사실 저는 공무원 수험생입니다. 어디서부터 이야기를 시작해야될까요.. 저는 일반행정직을 준비중이라 1년에 시험을 치를 기회가 딱 세번 있습니다. 제일 먼저 있던 기회인 국가직은 영어의 벽에 가로막혀 기회를 놓쳤습니다. 두번째 기회였던 서울시는 모든 과목이 총체적 난국이더군요. 역시 광탈각이 나왔죠. 그렇지만 저는 작년말부터 지방직에 모든 걸 걸겠다는 생각을 해왔습니다. 국가직이나 서울시는 경쟁률이 너무 높았고 올해 지방직은 대박이라는 말이 나올정도로 인원을 많이 뽑았습니다. 그중에서도 특히 제가 지원한 경기북부의 한 지역은 경기도 여러지역들 중에서도 손에 꼽힐만큼 경쟁률이 낮았으며 많은 인원을 뽑았죠. 사실 이런 마음가짐이었으면 앞의 두 시험은 깨끗이 잊고 최선을 다해야 됐을텐데 제 마음속에는 '내년을 또 기약해야되지 않을까?'하는 생각도 많이 들었습니다. 하지만 '내년도 올해만큼 많은 인원을 뽑을까?'하고 물으면 물음표로밖에 대답을 하지못하기에 짧은 기간 안에 저의 단점인 부분들을 개선하는 방법밖에는 답이 없었습니다. 6월달이 되었을 때부터는 새벽 2~3시까지 잠이 들지 않는 날들도 종종 있어서 멜라토닌이라는 수면유도제를 먹기도 하고, 스트레스 때문에 생전 처음으로 귀 뒤쪽이나 목 뒷부분에 아토피같은 두드러기가 나기도 했습니다. 6월 20일 정도부터는 아무것도 손에 잡히지 않더군요. 그때부터는 공부하는 시간보다 멍때리는 시간이 더 많았던 것 같습니다. 지금생각해보면 정말로 아까운 시간들입니다.ㅠㅠ 특히 마지막 날은 저녁 7시도 안돼서 멜라토닌을 복용하고 9시가 좀 넘어서 잠이들었는데 정확히 새벽 12시40분쯤 신경성 폭풍설사때문에 잠이 깨기도하고 참 마음을 비우기란 어렵다는 생각이 들더군요. 사실 제가 2년 넘게 수험생활을 한지라 내년까지도 수험생활을한다면 부모님께 참 죄송할거같다는 생각도 들었습니다. 그렇게 6월 27일 시험을 보러갔는데요. 참 야속하게도 제 옆자리의 아줌마가 계속 간헐적으로 기침을 하시더군요.(마스크도 끼지않고;;) 시험 시작하기 전에는 계속 신경쓰이고 되게 그 아줌마가 미웠는데 막상 시험시작하고 집중하게되니까 주위의 소리는 아무것도 들리지 않았습니다. 좋아해야될지 말아야될지 모르겠지만 시험의 난이도는 평이한 정도였고 저도 그럭저럭 점수는 나왔지만 참 점수가 애매했습니다. 딱히 망친과목은 없는데 95점 이상 받은과목이 없어요 ㅠ 그리고 인터넷 공시카페에 가보면 저보다 높은 점수를 받은 사람들이 지천에 깔려있어서 정말 불안하더군요. 같이 스터디그룹을 했었던 분에게도 제가 지원한 지역은 커트라인이 낮기때문에 합격가능성이 높다는 얘기도 듣고 구꿈사라는 공시카페에서도 제 점수정도면 제가 지원한 곳에는 합격할 확률이 높을듯하다는 뉘앙스의 댓글이 달렸는데도 마음은 편하지 않네요. 필기시험 결과가 나오는 8월 3일까지 이런 심리상태로 있다가는 아마 10년은 더 늙을 거 같습니다. 사실 최대한 객관적으로보면 필기시험은 합격확률이 불합격 확률보다는 높을 거라는 생각이 들지만 1.5배수로 필기인원을 뽑는다면 면접에서 떨어질 확률도 상당히 높을 거같은 생각도 드네요. 결과가 어떻게 나오든 이제 한달동안은 마음껏 놀고싶은데 메르스때문에 국내 여행을 가는 건 꺼려지고 그렇다고 해외여행을 가는 건 비용의 문제도 있지만 합격한 상태도 아니라서 꺼림직한 마음이 듭니다. 한달동안 뭘 해야될지 고민이 크네요. 아 글을 어떻게 마무리 지어야되려나.. 영양가 없는 뻘 글 끝까지 읽어주셔서 정말 감사하고요. 어제 시험보신 분 있으시면 정말 수고하셨다고 말씀드리고 싶습니다. 면접준비 열심히하세요. 저는 내년 시험 보고 공부 시작한 공시생인데 올해부터 지방/국가직 변접 중요도랑 비율이 점점 높아진다고 합니다. 보통 공무원 면접은 10에 8은 상중하 중에 중 맞아서 성적순으로 커트되는게 일반적인데 이게 뒤집힐수도있어요. 1.5배수 안에 들어갈 가능성이 있다면 지금 하셔야하는건 온갖 면접 스터디와 스피치 연습, 말버릇 호흡 발성 자세 교정등입니다. 필기붙고 면접에서 나가리되는 사람들이 필기 떨어지는 사람들보다 마음 못다잡고 장수생되는경우 많다고해요, 힘내세요 합격하실겁니다.
