 배틀필드1 장점 (1) 배틀필드1식의 살아있는 연출 방식 - 세계 1차 대전 서유럽 전장의 한복판에 서게 되다. 하늘에서 전투 복엽기들이 날아다니고 지상에서 육중한 탱크들과 함께 보병 분대는 함께 뛰어다니며 고지를 향해 총칼을 들고 돌격하는 모습. 우리가 영화가 각종 매체에서 보았던 치열한 전장의 모습을 게임으로 보여주기 위한 이 게임은 모션부터 사운드, 아이콘까지 연출에 크게 기울 것을 볼 수 있었습니다. 여기서, 사운드 부분을 가장 칭찬하고 싶은데요. 사운드들이 굉장히 현실감있고 살아있습니다. 탄창이 장착되는 효과음이나 탄이 귀옆으로 지나가는 소리, 호쾌한 폭발음. 제가 지금까지 모든 비디오게임을 하면서 거의 역대급 사운드 퀄리티인것 같습니다. 그런 부분을 전장의 느낌을 배가시켜주는 것 같습니다. (2) 재미있는 싱글플레이 , 멀티플레이. 완성도 높은 시스템들 전반적으로 정말 잘 만들었습니다. 초반 프롤로그와 탱크 미션 빼고는 주로 잠입형식 미션으로 진행됩니다. 초반에 탱크 미션을 좀 하고 그 다음 복엽기 파일럿 미션, 이탈리아 왕국의 병사 미션, 호주 전쟁영웅 미션, 사막의 베두인족 미션(생긴건 베두인족이 아닌것 같은??) 콜오브듀티 스리즈처럼 연출이 뛰어지만 이번에는 단순히 콜옵을 흉내낸게 아니라 이벤트 연출이나 중간중간 시네마 컷, 인게임 이벤트 라던지 모두가 배틀필드1만에 다른 매력이 생긴것 같습니다. 싱글플레이 플레이타임 7-8시간이면 모두 클리어 할 정도로 짧습니다. 제 기억으로는 보통 난이도로 다 클리어하였고 멀티에서 사용할 수 있는 스킨을 하나 줍니다. 멀티플레이는 기본적으로 컨퀘스트 모드와 오퍼레이션 모드, 러쉬모드, 도미네이션 모드, 워피존, 데스매치가 있습니다. 사람들이 가장 많이하는 모드는 퀀퀘와 오퍼레이션 모드인데 특히 오퍼레이션 모드가 방어 진영과 공격 진영이 나뉘어 고지 점령과 방어를 하게 됩니다. 여기서 맵에서 특정부분에서만 전투가 벌어져서 굉장히 치열해지는데, 여기서 박격포로 공략할지 화염방사로 공략할지 나름 전략을 생각 할 수 있게 되서 더욱 재미있었던 것 같습니다. 그리고 게임 보조시스템으로 워본드라는 전장화폐를 이용해서 총기나 무기를 구입하고 업그레이드 할 수 있습니다. 워본드는 레벨을 올려서 획득 할 수 있으며 그외 cp라는 것도 있는데 스킨을 살 때 이용됩니다. cp는 현질을 해서 구입하거나 메달을 따서 도전과제를 달성해서 얻거나 스킨을 되팔아서 획득 할 수 있습니다. 이러듯 배틀필드1은 시스템 기반은 잘 만들어놓은것 같습니다. 다만 컨텐츠 부실한게 아쉽지만요. 단점 (1) 불안정한 밸런스 오퍼레이션에서 불리한 방어진영을 한다던지,수에즈맵이나 금번에 새로 등장한 맵 Giant's shadow 에서 불리한 진영으로 플레이하면 정말로 핵고통입니다. 1킬 20데스 하면 정말로 답답하더군요. 물론 반대의 경우 20 KILL 1DEATH하는 경우도 있지만요. 이런 밸런스문제는 늘 있었던 것 같은데.. 조금씩 조금씩 패치를 통해서 나아지고 있고 2017년 3월 프랑스군 DLC 이라던지, 확장팩이 나오면 좀더 나아질거라 기대하겠습니다. 또한, 스나이퍼 포지션이 과도하게 쏠린다던지 베히모스가 트롤러하던지, 하면 정말 게임 재미없어집니다. 최소한 베히모스나 지휘관 정도는 게임 승패에 뒤집을수 있는 역할을 투표를 통해 역할 받는 우선권 주는 시스템이 있었으면 좋겠어요. 물론, 가장 근절되어야 하는것은 핵 유저입니다. (2) 비현실적인 1차 대전 전투 단점은 아닌데, 사실 단점이 거의 없어서 쓰게 됬습니다. 1차 세계 대전에서 제식화가 제대로 안된 돌격 소총을 주무기가 사용하게 됩니다.. 복엽기 장착된 무장의 정밀도가 아파치 헬기수준이다. 물론 배틀필드1은 실제 1차 대전 전투가 아니라, 1차 대전 배경의 스팀펑크물 게임이라고 생각하고 플레이 하면 현실고증 안된건 어느정도 이해가 됩니다. 재미있으니까요. (3) 컨텐츠 부족 처음 구매하고 초반에는 1주일에 5일정도 하다가 요즘에는 1주일 1번꼴도 덜하게 되는데, 왜냐하면 질리기 때문이다. 필자는 주로 오퍼레이션과 컨퀘스트를 하는데 100시간 동안 이 모드만 하게 됬다. 다른 모드인 워피존이나 러시 모드도 하고 싶었지만, 방이 없어서 할 수가 없었다. 그래서 거의 2개월동안 9개 맵만 정말 지겹도록 했는데 정말 재미는 있었습니다. 하지만 이제 100시간 넘어가니 메딕,스나이퍼,돌격병,보급병 들의 필수 무기들을 언락해서 획득 하게 그외 획득 할 수 있는 무기들이 그렇게 많지 않습니다. 그래서 늘 같은 무기만 사용하게 되고 높은 스코어를 낸다 한들, 질리게 되더라구요. 컨텐츠 수급이 꼭 필요할 타이밍입니다. 근래에 새로 나온 맵인 Giant's Shadow도 밸런스가 맞지않아 유저 이탈이 불가피 한 상황..
