이 글은 그냥 뇌내망상적인 글이지만, 여러분과 한번 나누고 싶어서 올려봅니다. 저는 사실 기득권 세력을 지방토호세력, 기업가 세력, 엘리트 떨거지세력으로 구별해서 보고 있습니다. 박근혜는 지방토호세력의 리더, 이명박은 기업가 세력의 리더, 그리고 엘리트 떨거지들은 머리는 똑똑한데 지지기반이 없어서 앞 두 세력에 빌붙어서 단물을 빨아먹으려는 사람들로 봅니다. (강용석, 이준석, 반기문, 원희룡...원희룡이 누구죠?) 지방 토호들과 기업가들은 서로 안친해요. 기업가들이 뼈빠지게 비즈니스를 하면 토호들, 지주들이 그 결과물을 임대료니 뭐니 해서 빨아먹으니까요. 토호들도 마찬가지에요. 거의 대부분 친일파의 후손들이라 일제로부터 받은 땅을 가지고 떵떵거리고 살던 사람과 6.25이후 알거지 상태에서 맨주먹으로 일어난 기업가들(이병철, 정주영, 김우중)을 보면 근본도 없는 천한 장사치로 보이거든요. 그래서 저는 이 전 대선때 한나라당 내부 경선과정에서 발생한 박근혜와 이명박의 충돌은 토호들과 기업가들의 충돌로 보고 있습니다. 이 두 집단이 교차하는 접접이 바로 박정희입니다. 기업가들은 박정희가 주는 특혜를 통해 재벌로 성장했고요. 지방 토호들 (이들이 가진 땅 중 농지는 이승만의 농지개혁법으로 다 배분되었지만 농지가 아닌 땅들-임야는 남았죠)은 그 지방의 버려진 땅들이 박정희의 경제개발 계획으로 공장부지가 되었죠.(특히 TK) 또 토호들의 땅중 공장부지가 안된 땅들은 상당수가 창고가 되어 우리나라 유통업에 지대한 영향을 미치게 됩니다. 아, 온갖 비리의 온상인 사립학교들도 있군요. 이것도 다 땅입니다. 역대 정권마다 이들은 각자 자신들이 가지고 있는 무기로 정부 길들이기를 했는데, 기업가들은 신입사원 채용으로, 토호들은 배추값으로 했다고 봅니다. 정부가 재벌개혁 칼을 빼들때마다 기업가들은 경기위축을 핑계로 신입사원 채용규모를 대폭 줄여버립니다. 그러면 당장 실업률 문제가 발생하고 언론은 정부를 때려대지요. 토호들은 배추값으로 김장철에 정부길들이기를 합니다. 저는 이게 매년 으례히 발생하는 일로 생각했는데, MB시절에 배추값이 폭등하자 이마트 세무조사를 때려버리더라고요. 제 기억엔 삼일만에 배추값이 정상화 되었던 것으로 기억합니다. 창고에 쟁여놓지 않았으면 있을 수 없는 일이죠. 이런 구도로 보면 다음 대선을 바라보는 새로운 시각이 생기는 것 같습니다. 1. TK는 박정희에 대한 의리와 은혜 갚음으로 박근혜를 지지한다. 2. PK는 김영삼을 지지하던 토호들의 후손이라 새누리를 지지했다. 하지만 그 지역의 부동산 개발 이익을 준다면 이들은 돌아설 수 있다. (이번 총선) 3. 전라도의 토호는 김대중을 지지했고 그 힘은 현재 김홍걸에게 집중되어있다. 지금 겉으로 보이는 사람들은 국민의당에 가있지만 과연? 4. 충청도의 토호들은 과거 김종필을 지지했고, 그 뒤 여기저기 줄타기를 잘하면 꿀을 빤다는 사실을 체득한 뒤 줄타기와 간보기를 계속하고 있다. 5. 반기문은 엘리트 떨거지에 속하는데, 이 그룹의 사람들은 예전부터 토호와 기업가들의 똘마니 역할만 했던 사람이라 바로 리더로 밀어주기는 어렵다고 본다. 6. 안철수는 누가뭐래도 기업가 세력입니다. 임대료 수익은 극단적으로 낮아져 가고 있습니다.
임대료 수익은 부동산 호가에 달린게 아니라, 지역 경기에 의존하는 성향을 나타내므로
지역경기가 향후에 나빠지면 나빠질수록 수익은 더더욱 낮아지겠죠.
그렇게 되면 엘리트 떨거지 세력이라고 표현되는 세력 중 상당수가
