펌) http://m.blog.naver.com/tuna69/220851063417 드루킹입니다. 저는 수년전 부터 이원집정부제 개헌국면으로 가는것을 경계해야 한다고 말해왔습니다. 그때는 별 관심도 없던 사람들까지 요즘은 최순실때문에 대통령이 힘이 빠지니까 저들이 개헌정국으로 가는것을 막아야 한다면서 오히려 난리굿이군요. 저는 이런 사람들의 반응이 조금 의아스럽고 기시감이 느껴집니다. 결론부터 이야기 한다면 개헌은 무슨놈의 개헌, 지금 박근혜 정권에 있어서 가장 현실적인 그림은 개헌이 아니라 계엄이올시다. 정치 주체들 각각의 입장을 나눠서 설명을 해보지요. 1. 박근혜 정권은 친이계가 내민 손을 잡았는가? 개헌이라는 말을 꺼내다가 최순실 사건으로 쏙들어가게 되자 친이계 + 국민의당을 중심으로 나온 이야기가 거국내각입니다. 더민주도 너무 빨리 거국내각에 찬성해버려서 휘말린감이 있는데 과거 노대통령에 비해서 문재인 전대표가 빠른 결정을 내리는 측면은 좋은데 이런건 조심해야됩니다. 그래서 최순실 사건으로 궁지에 몰린 박근혜정권이 MB가 내민 손을 잡고 개헌으로 가면서 살겠다고 하겠는가 말입니다. 물론 개헌이야기를 대통령이 꺼냈으니 빈말은 아니겠지요. 그러나 지금 친이계나 국민의당이 이야기하는 것과 같은 주도권을 넘기는 개헌은 아니었을 겁니다. 최순실 사건 초기 국면을 수습도 할겸, 박근혜대통령은 개헌정국을 주도해서 대통령과 총리를 친박으로 앉히는걸 감안한 것이었을 뿐입니다. 그런데 지금은 어떻습니까? 친박에서 대통령 카드로 내세웠던 반기문의 지지율이 폭락하고 있습니다. 당연한 이야기입니다. 친박주자로 대선에 나갈 계획이었으니 박근혜정권이 한자리수 지지율로 무너지자 함께 망한겁니다. 아무리 기름장어라도 이런 국면을 타개해나가기는 어렵습니다. 게다가 소위 국정을 농단했다고 하는 최순실을 포함한 8선녀 중에는 반기문과 호형호제한다고 제가 이미 언급했던 한화 김승연의 처가 있다는 얘기도 돌았습니다. 그게 사실이라면 한화가 박근혜정권에 들어서 면세점을 수주하는등 승승장구했던 이유가 비로소 이해가 됩니다. 또 김승연을 풀어주고 사면해주기 위해서 반기문이 세차례나 임기중에 박근혜대통령을 만났던 그 배후에 최순실이 있었다는 의심을 품지 않을 수 없게 됩니다. MB의 차기 카드중 하나였던 반기문이 친박으로 돌아선 배경에 이런 연결점이 있었다고 한다면 모든게 이해가 된다는 뜻입니다. 제가 궁금했던것은 별명까지 기름장어인 반기문이 친박에 줄섰다가 대통령의 지지도가 떨어지거나 하면 잽싸게 친이로 갈아타지 않을까? 그렇다면 반기문을 묶어둘 카드는 뭔가 하는 것이었습니다. 한화의 김승연회장을 아직까지 사면하지 않은것이 그 카드라고 생각해왔지만, 그 처가 8선녀 멤버였고 최순실과 가까웠다면 훨씬 그럴싸한 담보가 됩니다. 이건 아직 검찰에서 까보지도 않은 카드입니다. 국정을 농단했다는 8선녀에 대한 수사가 진행된다면 반기문과의 연결고리도 나올 수 있겠지요. 어쨌든 친박이 그렸던 반기문 대통령카드는 날아갔습니다. 그렇다면 박근혜대통령이 MB와 손잡고 이원집정부제 개헌이나 거국내각으로 갈 유인이 있습니까? 없습니다. 총리도 대통령도 내세울 인물이 없는 친박이 뭐하러 거기에 협조한다는 말입니까? 지금 국면은 친이계가 새누리당을 장악해들어가면서 친박을 고립시키고 대통령을 당밖으로 내쳐서 영향력을 없애려고 하는 수순입니다. 그렇게 되면 자연스럽게 친박들도 항복하고 개헌에 협조하리라고 MB는 생각하고 있는 것입니다. 실제로 벌써 말을 갈아타는 친박들도 많이 나오고 있다고 보도가 되고 있습니다. 조만간 이정현등 몇명만 남기고 모두 친이계에 붙을거라는 김종인씨의 예상도 회자되고 있습니다. 박근혜 대통령과 최순실의 관계를 일반적인 조언자 정도로 생각하는것은 MB계도 그렇고 대중도 그런것 같습니다. 큰 착각입니다. 박근혜는 대통령이기 이전에 최태민의 신도이고 그 최태민을 이어서 교주가된 최순실의 포로입니다. 명령은 박근혜가 내리는것이 아니라 최순실이 내리는 것입니다. 그게 지금까지 수년동안 최순실,정윤회등을 관찰해온 제가 내린 결론입니다. 이런 글을 쓰기 훨씬 이전에 저는 그들의 관계를 파악하고 있었습니다. 야당 정치인들에게 자세한 내막을 이야기해줬지만 돌아오는것은 무관심이었습니다. 왜일까요? 그들도 정권의 역린을 건드릴만한 용기는 없었기 때문일겁니다. 이제와서 전혀 몰랐다는듯이 떠드는걸 보니 정치인은 정치인이다 싶습니다. 탓하고 싶진 않습니다. 오히려 늦었지만 JTBC 손석희앵커의 용기에 박수를 보냅니다. 박근혜와 청와대가 선택할 길은 무엇일까요? 아니...박근혜와 최씨일족이 선택할 길이 무엇이냐고 말하는게 더 정확하겠네요. 탄핵은 없습니다. 박근혜 정권이 여기에서 끝나고 대선국면으로 접어드는것을 가장 싫어하고 바로 그걸 막아야할 것들이 바로 친이계와 동교동이기 때문입니다. 국민의당이 앞장서서 탄핵을 막을겁니다. 하야도 없습니다. 교주가 구속될 마당에 그 바람막이가 되어줘야할 박근혜가 스스로 내려온다는 것은 말도 안되는 것입니다. 그녀를 구하기 위해서는 무엇이라도 해야한다는 강박관념에 사로잡혀있을 박근혜대통령입니다. 사람들은 검찰이 최순실에게 벌어준 31시간 이야기를 합니다. 입을 맞추었을거라고요. 그러나 그보다 더 중요한것은 최순실에게 최악의 사태가 벌어진다면 박근혜 대통령이 무엇을 해야할지에 대한 지시, 지령 , 그것이 31시간이 필요했던 이유였을 겁니다. 제가 카페분들에게는 이틀동안 이런 이야기를 미리했습니다. 우리가 관심을 가지고 지켜봐야할것은 거국내각이니 개헌이니 날뛰는 친이계가 아니라, 지가 살겠다고 박근혜정권에 등돌린 검찰이 최순실을 구속하느냐를 지켜봐야한다고 말입니다. 더불어 시민들의 시위가 격화되고 더 많은 시민들이 거리로 쏟아져나온다면 검찰도 세상눈치를 보지 않을 수 가 없을 거라고 말입니다. 그렇게 되어 박근혜의 청와대가 바라는대로 이 사건이 적당히 수습되지않고 더 파헤쳐지고 최순실 일가가 더 핍박받게 되는 상황이 되면 박근혜 대통령은 폭주를 시작할거라고 말입니다. 개헌? 거국중립내각? 그건 박근혜 대통령의 폭주가 끝난뒤에 생각해볼 이야기겠지요. 친이계가 마시는 김칫국물에 불과합니다. 2. MB는 절호의 찬스를 잡았다고 생각하겠지만... MB는 절호의 찬스를 잡았다고 생각할겁니다. 애시당초 안철수, 박지원등이 주장했던게 우병우를 내치라는 거였습니다. 박근혜 정권의 힘은 검찰을 완전히 장악하고 있던 민정수석 우병우로부터 나왔습니다. 우병우를 쳐내야만 박근혜정권의 힘을 뺄 수 있었습니다. 그런데 수많은 비리가 터져나왔어도 대통령은 우병우를 감싸고 돌았습니다. 그 이유도 8선녀에 있었다고 보여집니다. 8선녀 멤버중에 우병우의 처도 있었다고 하니까 말입니다. 결국은 김기춘도, 우병우도 최순실의 사람이었던 겁니다. 사람들은 최순실이 검찰에 긴급체포되고 우병우가 민정수석에서 짤리니까 박근혜 대통령이 측근들을 쳐내고 생존을 도모한다고 생각합니다. 그러나 그렇지 않습니다. 우병우가 청와대에서 밀려난것은 더이상 검찰을 장악할 힘이 없었기 때문입니다. 정확하게 말하면 검찰이 우병우 말을 안듣기 시작했기 때문입니다. 그러니 더 이상 쓸모가 없었던 것입니다. 그 대신에 박근혜가 의지하게 된것이 최재경입니까? 아닙니다. 돌아온 김기춘입니다. 세월호의 그 김기춘말입니다. 정권을 위해서는 무슨짓이든지 하는 인물 말입니다. 이건 권력을 내려놓고 타협하자는 수순이 아닙니다. 물론 MB입장에서는 이미 새누리당내의 친박계들중 일부가 특히 초선과 비례대표들이 친이계로 다 붙었으니까 새누리당을 장악하는것은 시간문제일 겁니다. 속으로야 계획대로 된다고 쾌재를 부르고 있을지도 모릅니다. 어차피 박근혜대통령이 레임덕에 빠져야 개헌정국에 시동을 걸 수 있었습니다. 그런데 문제는 박근혜대통령과 최순실일가의 관계는 정상적인 관계가 아니라는 것입니다. 아까 말했듯이 최순실일가가 위기에 빠질수록 박근혜 대통령은 그들을 쳐내는게 아니라 폭주하게 될것입니다. MB는 거기까지는 생각이 미치지 않았을 수 있습니다. 아니 알았더라도 독자생존을 택한 검찰을 통제할 수단이 없을겁니다. 박근혜대통령이 탈당하고, 적당히 힘을 잃고 새누리당과 국민의당 그리고 민주당의 추가탈당파들까지 합쳐서 커다란 개헌정국이 열리는것이 MB가 바라는 최상의 시나리오였을 것입니다. 그러나 세상은 MB 마음대로는 안될것 같군요. 박근혜 대통령의 폭주는, 검찰권을 무력화시킬 수 있는 커다란 힘을 동원해야 한다는 것을 의미합니다. 그녀가 김기춘에게 다시 의지한다는 것은 세월호 이상의 무시무시한 폭력도 휘두를 수 있다는 것을 의미합니다. 북한과의 무력충돌이나 폭력시위를 빙자한 계엄령의 선포까지도 생각해볼 여지가 있을 것입니다. 아니 어떻게 보면 하야나 탄핵보다는 그쪽이 훨씬 현실적입니다. 그냥 우스개소리로 하는 말이 아니라 이미 제가 4년전에 박근혜 대통령의 취임직후 야당의 정치인들에게 했던 말입니다.. 그녀는 절대로 스스로 걸어서 그 자리에서 내려오지 않을것이다. 만약 허수아비를 내세워서 수렴청정하는것이 불가능해진다면 그녀는 플랜B를 꺼낼 것이라고 말입니다. 물론 그것은 전쟁, 계엄을 통한 정권연장입니다. 그말을 들었을때에 다소 생뚱맞은 표정을 지었던 정치인들 얼굴이 생각납니다. 그러니 만년 정권을 못잡는 2류 정치인이 되는 겁니다. 모든것이 MB에게 유리하게 돌아갔지만 친박이 섣불리 꺼내들었던 송민순회고록의 북풍카드가 문재인에게 전혀 먹혀들지 않았던 점, 그래서 민주당내에서 원심력이 생겨나지 않았던 점이 MB에게는 가장 뼈아플 것이고 그리고 예상하지 못했던 박근혜정권의 폭주가 MB의 오래고 원대한 계획을 한순간에 어그러뜨릴 수도 있을 것입니다. 만약 그렇게 된다면 그 운좋던 MB도 이제 운이 꺾였다고 봐야할지도 모르겠습니다. 3. 박근혜정권의 건재를 애타게 바라는것은 오히려 동교동 동교동의 박지원은 문재인전대표가 박근혜대통령보고 2선으로 물러나고 야당과 국회에 정권을 위임하라는 이야기를 하자 펄쩍뜁니다. 대통령을 무력화해서는 안된다고 오히려 감싸고 돕니다. 대중들은 어리둥절 할것입니다. 그러나 그건 다 계산이 있어서 그러는 것입니다. 대통령이 탄핵을 당하거나 하야했을때 보궐선거가 열린다면 동교동은 그야말로 속수무책으로 '문재인정권'이 들어서는것을 구경만 하게 될것입니다. 동교동이 획책했던 카드들은 아직 꽃도 피워보기 전입니다. 개헌논의역시 마찬가지입니다. 반기문이 나가떨어질것 같은것은 환영하지만 그자리를 김종인이나 손학규가 치고나가서 메우려고 하는것은 결사 반대할것입니다. 친이계와 이해관계가 다르기 때문입니다. 무엇보다도 동교동은 내심 송민순 회고록사건때 문재인이 타격을 받기를 바랬습니다. 그래야 민주당에 원심력이 생겨서 탈당파들을 흡수하면서 친노를 궤멸시킬 수 있었으니까요. 그런데 그런일은 벌어지지 않았습니다. 그러니 문재인이 중심을 잡고 건재한 민주당이 있는 상황에서 대선국면으로 조기에 간다면 동교동은 그야말로 이것도 저것도 얻지못한채로 낙동강 오리알이 되어버리고 맙니다. 그래서 박근혜 대통령의 탄핵을 온몸으로 막아설 세력은 아이러니컬 하게도 동교동입니다. 재미있지 않습니까? 그들이 앞으로 주장하는 바 역시 똑같을 것입니다. 박근혜 대통령의 존재를 인정하는 하야나 탄핵이 없는 적당한 거국내각 말입니다. 그것도 친이계가 주도권을 잡거나 하지않는 ... 이러다보니 발이 꼬이는 것입니다. 반면에 문재인에게는 그야말로 위기뒤에 기회가 왔습니다. 4. 국면전환에 성공한 문재인과 더민주 송민순 회고록이 터질때 까지만 해도 민주당은 큰 타격을 입고 원심력으로 탈당파들이 생겨날 것으로 생각한 사람들이 많았습니다. 동교동도 내심 그걸 바라고 있었을 것이고 말입니다. 타이밍 맞춰서 손학규도 더민주를 탈당해서 기폭제가 되고자 했습니다. 그러나 불행하게도 이들의 계산은 빗나갔습니다. 송민순 회고록이 파괴력을 갖지 못한 이유는 첫째는 친박계가 친이와 조율없이 독단적으로 터트렸기 때문입니다. 친이계는 개헌정국으로 가기위해서 개헌을 이슈화하려는 참이었는데 최순실사건이 시작되자 멘붕해버린 친박계가 반기문의 측근인 송민순을 동원해서 북풍을 만들어버렸습니다. 그리고 결과적으로 최순실사건도 막지 못하고 그들이 가졌던 최고의 카드도 날려버렸습니다. 그러다 보니 오히려 문재인의 지지율이 올라가고 더민주의 지지율도 올라가서 이종걸 박영선등 추가 탈당파는 지금 꼼짝 달싹도 못하는 상황이 되어버렸습니다. 개헌정국으로 이행하기 위해서는 우선 최순실 사태를 수습을 해야만 할 판이 되었습니다. 그러니 이 지점에서 국민의당과 민주당의 입장이 갈리게 되는 것입니다. 국민의당은 박근혜정권을 지키려하고있고, 민주당은 떠밀려서라도 박근혜 정권을 치지 않을 수 없게 된것입니다. 처음 문재인 전대표는 거국내각논란에 동의하고 갔지만, 어제 오늘의 스탠스를 보면 저들의 생각을 정확하게 읽고 제자리로 돌아온것 같습니다. 오히려 야당에 권력을 넘기라는 강한 멘트를 날려주고 있습니다. 잘하고 있는 것입니다. 실제로 박근혜 정권을 궁지로 몰아넣는것은 국민들입니다. 국민들이 거리로 더 쏟아져나올 수록 압력은 더 커지게 되고 주말에 광장에 모인 시민들의 힘때문에 검찰은 최순실사건을 어물쩍 넘기지 못하게 될것입니다. 이 두가지가 시너지효과를 일으키면 박근혜 정권은 폭주로 갈 수 밖에 없습니다. 다른 선택의 여지가 없기 때문입니다. 아니 정확하게 말하면 최순실일가가 살아남기 위해서 박근혜 대통령에게 폭주를 '지시'할 것입니다. 하야도 탄핵도 아닌 정권을 쓰러트릴 제3의 방법, 그것은 폭주입니다. JTBC가 특종을 터트리면서 정권을 궁지로 몰아넣었지만 광장으로 쏟아져나오는 시민들의 힘이 없다면 JTBC도 오래 버티지는 못할 것입니다. 그러니 앞으로 2주동안 청계광장, 광화문 광장에 모이는 시민들의 숫자가 정국의 향배를 결정할 것입니다. 기적의 문재인 - 북풍을 뚫고 정권창출로 향하는 문재인...기적이랄 밖에 여기서 박근혜 정권을 끝내고 문재인 정권을 창출할것인가? 아니면 박근혜 정권을 연장하면서 이원집정부제 개헌으로 가서 내년에 국민들은 대통령을 선출할 권리를 박탈당할 것인가? 바로 그 기로에 섰습니다. JTBC같은 정의로운 언론과 시민들이 저들을 밀어 붙여야 합니다. 조금이라도 틈을 주면 안됩니다. 그러면 박근혜 정권은 반드시 무너집니다. 더불어 불의한 정권이 무너지고 60일간의 대선레이스가 펼쳐질때 MB와 동교동의 최후의 발악이 있을 것입니다. 그때 시민들이 조직도 돈도없는 문재인을 지켜줘야 성공할 수 있습니다. 그리고 나면 깨어있는 시민들의 조직된 힘이 새정권과 힘을 합쳐서 세상을 바꿔나가는 것을 여러분의 눈으로 목도하게 될것입니다. 이점은 약속합니다. 우리에게는 희망이 있습니다. 딴지일보에서 보고 퍼왔습니다. 몇몇분이 평하시길 '조심해서 읽어야할 사람, 이 사람 정체는 모르지만 블로그에 자기 의견에 반박하는 댓글은 무조건 지워버리고 자기 예언이 틀린건 모르쇠로 일관하는 인물, 망치부인과 동급이라고 봄'...라고 하는군요. 다만 현 정세는 잘 분석하신 것 같습니다.
