( http://www.mda.mil/global/documents/pdf/env_thaad_ea.pdf ). 저의 대충대충 불성실한 독해에 의하면 사드란 게 민간인에 미치는 전자파가 우리가 공포에 떠는만큼 위험한지는 잘 모르겠고 부대에 배치된 군인들의 건강, 미국에 갖다 바치는 비용, 사드를 들여놓아봤자 우리군이 자주적인 이용결정권을 가지냐 아니냐 이런 게 더 중요한 것 같았는데 그런 얘기가 다 나오진 않죠. 악마의 변호가 될 만한, 중국인으로 보이는 사람의 댓글에 이런 내용이 있어요. 북한은 중국의 대단한 우방국도 아니어서 설득하고 자시고 할 것도 없고 북한은 미친 나라라 중국이 뭐라고 하든 핵밖에 답이 없다고 이미 맘먹었다 이거죠. 북한이 꾸준히 핵을 발전시켜온 건 중국이 남한에 협조를 안 해줘서가 아니라 북한 자체가 핵이 아니면 체제를 유지할 수 없다는 절박함이 있기 때문이다, 중국은 북한이 얼마나 위험한지 이미 잘 알고 있다, 그런데 남한이 이해하지 못하는 게 있는데 북한이 제아무리 위험해봤자 중국에게 최고로 위협적인 건 미국이다. 미국이 군사적으로 접근해오는 것만큼 두려운 건 없다. 자꾸 미국을 믿으라고 하는데 택도 없는 소리. 그런데 중국까지 위협할만한 사드를 들이는 이유가 도대체 뭐냐. 너무 장거리견제가 가능하다. 한국 영토 내에서만 효과적인 시스템을 자체개발하거나 러시아의 미사일방어시스템을 사들이면 될 일 아니냐. 뭐 대충 이렇습니다. 단지 한국영토를 북한의 위협으로부터 보호하겠다고 하는 미사일방어체제는 꼭 필요한 것 같아요. 그런데 그에 더해 전략적으로 중국을 엿먹이고 미국이랑 더 친하게 성주시민들 희생시켜서 좀 과잉방어라고 할 수 있는 사드를 들여와야겠다라고 결정한 거면 저는 찬성이 잘 안 돼요. 그렇다고 더민주 초선의원 6명이 방중한다는 건 좀 뜨악!
