안녕하세요 입사 3년차에 접어드는 아직도 신입사원같은 회사원입니다. 오늘은.. 회사 생활 10년, 20년을 하고 계신 많은 선배님들에게는 미치지 못하겠지만, 3년 동안 혼자서 무럭무럭 잘 자라온 고민을 이 곳에 투척하고자 합니다. 첫번째 고민은... 오늘 언제 퇴근해야 하는가? 이건 뭐 매일매일 저를 괴롭히는 본질적인 고민이라고 할 수 있죠. 다른 분들이라고 다르지 않을 듯 싶습니다. 밖에서 야구를 하던 시위를 하던 메르스가 창궐하던(이건 사실 걱정이 좀 되는군요) 저와는 멀리 떨어진 일으로만 여겨진 지 오래입니다. 눈 앞에 쌓여가는 일을 보고 있자면 다른 생각을 할 여유가 없어지니.. 왜 정치나 사회문제에 무관심해지는지 조금은 이해가 간다고나 할까요. 어쨋든, 일은 적당히 하고 미룰 수 있는 일은 미루고 퇴근하는 지혜가 필요한 때입니다. 화이트칼라는 야근수당도 안 주거든요.. 회사는 일만 잘 줍니다. 아, 참 다행스럽게도 급여도 제때제때 넣어주긴 하네요. 두번째 고민은... 나는 어느정도 위치에 있는가? 평범하게 대학을 졸업하고, 평범하게 회사에 취업해서, 평범하게 월급을 받고 있는데, 이 나이에 이르고 보니, 여친님의 아버님을 만나지도 않았는데, 아직은 그저 친구 아빠인 그 분이 "내 딸을 데려가려면 특별한 사람(돈 잘 버는, 명예가 있는)이 되어야 하지 않겠나?" 하는 말씀을 하시는 듯 합니다. 30대 초반의 나이에 어느 정도의 직업과 소득이 있으면 예비 장인어른께 당당할 수 있을까요. 결혼하신 분들은 정말 대단하십니다..^^ 저는 대학교 졸업할 시기가 다가올 때만 해도, 연봉 3천만 넘으면 좋겠다 주의였었는데요, 현실은 그렇지가 않은 것 같네요. 나름 대기업 그룹 계열사에 재직 중인데 연봉 3천만원이 안되는 친구들을 바라보면 안타깝기도 하고, 현대차 기아차 등등 입사해서 연 6~7천을 받는다는 그들을 보면 30대 초반 사원이 받을 수 있는 급여가 이렇게 높았나 싶기도 하고 그러네요. 30대 초반 직장인의 평균 연봉은 얼마나 되어야 그나마 괜찮다~라고 평할 수 있을지, 나는 과연 그 위치에 있는지.. 고민스럽습니다. 세번째 고민은... 집을 살 준비를 해야 하는가? 집 값이 폭락한다는 선대인의 주장은 이제 그만 들으려 합니다. 하락할 수는 있겠지만 폭락의 가능성은... 집 값은 오르고 오르고 또 오르네요. 그래서, 집을 사려고 일단 네이버 부동산에 들어가서 각 지역의 아파트 시세를 살펴 보았습니다. 서울에서 괜찮다 싶은 아파트(20평대, 건축 후 10년 이내, 브랜드)는 최저가가 3억, 4억이네요. 안되겠습니다. 남쪽으로 내려가봅니다. 수원을 살펴보았습니다. 여기도... 큰 차이가 없네요? 일산, 분당, 오산(여긴 너무 멀어요), 광주, 하남, 김포, 파주, 의정부... 많은 곳을 돌아보고 내린 결론은, 집 사려면 몇 년 걸려서 돈을 좀 모으고 대출로 다 메꿔야겠다... 가 되었습니다 ㅠㅠ 이 고민들을 어떻게 해야할까요 저는.. 정말 큰 걱정이 아닐 수 없습니다. 대한민국이 시간이 지나면서 살기 좋아지고 있는건 맞을까요? 앞으로도 좋아질까요? 경제적으로는 육아를 포기한 맞벌이가 가장 리스크가 덜할 것 같고 집은. 거리, 인프라, 주거형태 들을 따져서 가장 만족도가 높은 방법을 따져야 할 것 같습니다.
전 결혼해도 아이를 안 갖는다면 경기도로 빠지더라도 작은 전원 생활부터 해볼까 망상 중이에요.
