사회생활하다가 때려치고 비교적 늦은 나이에 입학했었습니다. 사실 입학전에는 의료시스템에 대해 잘 몰랐는데, 당사자가 되니까 밥그릇에 관심이 많이가더라고요. 의사에게 있어서 가장 중요한 밥그릇은 건강보험입니다. 그런데 문제는 이 건강보험이라는 밥그릇이 깨지기 직전 상태… 작년에 10년짜리 건강보험 재정 추이 보고서를 냈는데요, (2023-2032) 지금 누적 적립금이 역대 최다인 23조였습니다. 이번에 정부에서 필수의료 패키진가 뭔가 하면서 10조원인가 쓴다길래 오 드디어 돈좀 쓰나? 하고 봤더니 재원이 이 건강보험 적립금이더라고요. 그런데 문제는 이 적립금이 이미 2028년이면 고갈 예정입니다. 그리고 더 큰 문제는 이제 적립금이 고갈되고 나선 건강보험 적자가 저출산 고령화에 맞물려 기하급수적으로 쌓여갈거라는 겁니다. 보고서에서 추정한 2032년 누적적자는 62조입니다. 그 이후는.. 이제 신생아 20만대 시대이니까 뭐.. 저는 사실 정부에서 정원 늘리겠다고 할때마다 어느정도 수긍하는 입장이었습니다. 지금은 모르겠지만, 나중에는 의사가 부족할거같긴 하거든요. 이전 정부에서 증원할때도 예과생이었어서 잘은 모르지만, 공공의대가 아니라 그냥 400명 증원이었으면 무난하게 증원 됐을거라고 봅니다. 이번에도 기백명이었으면 파업 없이 증원 됐을거라고 봅니다. 2천은.. 잘 모르겠네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 그래서 진짜로 모르니까 찍어먹어보자라고 하고싶긴했는데, 또 이게 의료계쪽은 생명이 달린 문제니까 어렵습니다.
