저는 여론조사 전문가가 않임미다. 그냥 정치뉴스를 좋아하고 자주 들을뿐(.....) 다만 얼마전 그 조선일보 기사(https://new.redtea.kr/news/34602)를 보고나니 왠지 모를 용기가 생겼지 뭐에요? 아 나도 여론조사에 대한 티타임글을 적을수있겠다는 용기를 얻어서 대충 적어놓고 글쓰기 버튼을 누른뒤 다시 읽으면서 맹렬하게 수정을 하거나 아니면 그냥 대댓글따위 안달고 사흘정도 도망치겠읍니다 (당당) [모든 여론조사는 보정을 함미다] 여조가 5천만 전국민을 대상으로 하지 않는이상 어떤 식으로든 편향될 위험이 존재합니다. 전화를 유독 민주당 지지자들만 열심히 받았다거나... 하는 그런 위험 말이죠. 그래서 천명에게 전화를 걸어 그런 편향이 나타날 가능성을 최대한 줄이고 또 지역별 / 연령별 / 성별 인구분포 비율에 따라 보정을 일부 합니다. 광주지역 사람이 이케이케 과대표집 되었다면 가중치를 낮추고, 20대 사람들의 응답이 다소 낮았다 싶으면 20대들에게 20% 가중치를 부여해준다거나 뭐 그런식으로 이케저케 보정하는것 셀가중 / 림가중 뭐 이런 방법을 통해 보정합니다만 하지만 그들이 절대 보정하지도 않고, 또 보정해서도 안되는 비율이 있는데 '보수/진보/중도' 비율이 바로 그것임미다. ㅋㅋ 그래서 만약 이번주 조사가 지난주 조사에비해 윤 대통령 지지율이 너무 올랐는데 '와타시... 이 결과가 맘에 안든다! 이 여조결과를 탄핵하고 싶다!'하는 생각이 드시면 지난주조사와 이번주 조사의 '보/진/중'의 비율을 본뒤 '아 역시, 지난주보다 이번주 여조에는 보수 지지층들이 과표집 되었어!'라고 말씀하시면 됨미다. 이렇게 우리는 여조결과를 품위있게 탄핵할수 있읍니다.. .....물론 여조와 싸우는것은 언제나 그렇듯, 현명한 선택이 아닐 가능성이 높읍니다. ㅋㅋ '왜 진보가 여조에 응답하기를 피했을까? 혹시 진보 지지층의 심리를 위축시킬만한 악재가 있어서 그런것은 아닐까?' 라는 질문에도 대답을 할수 있어야, 훌륭한 여조의 탄핵이라고 할수 있읍니다. 그런 의미에서 [대통령 지지율/정당 지지율이 뻥튀기 되었는지 알수 있는 방법] 난이도 하: 가장 쉬운 방법은 그냥 한국갤럽 / 리얼미터만 보고 나머지는 그냥 무지성으로 외우세요. 한국갤럽. 리얼미터. 매주 여조를 실시하는 업체들 중에서 각각 전화면접 / ARS계에서 가장 신뢰할수 있는 업체들이 아닌가... 하고 저는 생각합니다. 난이도 중: 나는 그래도 뭔가 직접 데이터를 보고 직접 판단하고 싶으시다. 하시면 http://poll-mbc.co.kr/ 에 들어가보시기를 추천하겠읍니다. 각종 여론조사들이 조사기관 이름 / 조사기간과 함께 모두 그림으로 표현되어있으므로 '아 이 조사는 다른 조사들 보다 대통령에게 유리한 결과가 나온 여조구나'하는 것을 직관적으로 쉽게 파악할수 있습니다. 난이도 상: 뭔가 좀 자세한 디테일들도 보고싶으시다면 여론조사심의위원회 홈페이지를 참조하면 됩니다. https://www.nesdc.go.kr/portal/bbs/B0000005/list.do?menuNo=200467 위 링크를 클릭하시면, 공표된 모든 여론조사의 자세한 결과표를 볼수 있습니다. 여론조사심의위원회 홈페이지까지 가보시면 이제 뭔가 좀 제대로 볼수 있는데, 아까 위에서 설명했던 보수/진보/중도층의 비율 변화를 보기에는 여기가 제일 확실합니다. 신문기사에는 보/진/중 비율까지 상세하고 보도해주지 않으니까요.. 아쉬운 사람의 우물은 대충 여기까지인것 같읍니다. (아 맞다 여조 기관에 따라서는 보/진/중 비율을 아예 수집하지 않는 기관도 있습니다.) [여조를 의도적으로 뻥튀기 하는 방법] 저는 그 누구에게라도 자신있게 이 여조가 수상하다! 라고 말할수 있는 여조가 두개 있는데 하나는 여론조사꽃 - 김어준이 하는 조사이고 다른 하나는 여론조사공정 - 데일리안이 하는 조사입니다. 질문지만 봐도 티가 납니다. 아래는 각각 지난 4월24일-25일간 조사된 데일리안의 설문지이고 4월28일-29일간 조사된 김어준의 설문지 입니다. 하나는 ARS, 다른 하나는 전화면접 질문지 인데요 각각의 업체들이 '어떤 이슈들을 질문거리로 선정했는가'를 중점적으로 보십시오.   같은 주간에 실시된 조사라는게 믿어지지 않을만큼 각각의 업체들이 선정한 '이주의 핫이슈'의 내용이 다르죠?? 데일리안은 민주당에 불리한 이슈들에 대한 의견들만 중점적으로 묻고, 김어준은 국힘에 불리한 이슈들에 대한 의견들만 중점적으로 묻습니다. 이렇게 되면 데일리안의 조사에 응답하던 민주당 지지자들이 중간에 짜증을 나서 응답하다말고 전화를 끊어버릴 확률이 증가합니다. 김어준의 조사에 응답하던 국힘 지지자들이 있었다면 그들에게는 반대의 결과가 나오겠죠. 이런 여조를 하는 목적에는 두가지가 있는것 같은데 첫째는 '정확함을 추구하는 여조'는 이미 레드오션이기 때문입니다. 킹직히 여조의 정확함을 원하는 사람이 애초에 여론조사꽃이나 여론조사공정의 결과를 보겠어요? 리얼미터 아니면 한국갤럽 보겠죠...... 아래는 근본업체중 하나인, 리얼미터의 질문지입니다.  근본의 차이가 느껴지심미까?? 리얼비터는 정확도를 담보하기 위해 질문을 딱 세개 던집니다. '정당지지율/국정지지율/총선투표의향' 그외 기타 사소한 이슈따위 아예 묻지도 않음... 둘째 이유는 김어준과 데일리안은 각각 자기 지지층을 바라보고 실시하는 여론조사이기 때문입니다. 자기 지지층에게 '지금 정부가 이렇게 엉망입니다' 내지는 '지금 야당이 이렇게 엉망입니다'라는 인식을 강화하는 선전에 쓰고싶은 여론조사이기 때문... 김어준이 뭐하러 민주당 돈봉투 사건에 대한 질문을 던지겠어요? 데일리안도 마찬가지에요. 절대 한일외교관계에 대한 질문같은거 안합니다. 민주당 돈봉투사건에 여론이 부정적일까요? 당연하죠. 정부의 한일외교관계에 대한 여론이 부정적이겠냐고요? 그걸 여조를 해봐야 압니까? ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 킹직히 그런것들은 굳이 여론조사를 돌려볼 필요조차 없이 너모나 당연한거죠. 그런걸 굳이 물어본다면... 그건 다 이유가 있어서 그런것... 하지만 그런걸 물어보면 중간에 사람들이 짜증내며 전화를 끊어버리기 때문에 근본업체들은 '데이터가 오염되고 어쩌고'하는 이유로 굳이 묻지 않는겁니다. 킹치만 공정이나 꽃은 데이터가 오염되고 어쩌고 그런거에 일체 노관심이니까... 정부를 깔만한 이슈들만 모아서 여론조사에 돌려야 '자 이래서 정부가 구립니다'라고 여론을 선동하는데 사용할 자기 방송에 써먹을수 있으니까...... 뭐 데일리안/여론조사공정이 야당에 불리한 이슈만 모아서 여조 돌리는 이유도 마찬가지고... 뭐 그런겁니다. 암튼 대통령 지지율 / 당지지율을 알아보는데 참고할 여조로써는 저 둘은 진짜 노의미합니다. [그럼 여론조사꽃과 여론조사공정의 여조는 아무 가치가 없는가?] 뭐 근데 또 아무리 그렇다고 그들의 여조가 무가치하다고는 생각지 않습니다. 왜냐면, '물어봐주기 때문'이죠. 응답자들에게 길고 험난한 질문지를 들고 끈질기게 물어봐줘요. 질문이 10개인데 답하던 사람이 9개까지만 답하다 말고 끊어버리면 그 답변 못씁니다. 걍 버려야해요. 일일이 다 돈들여가며 사람 고용하고 ARS 회선 사다가 전화거는건데 사실상 돈버린거나 마찬가지죠. 하지만 이들은 '이 여론조사를 비싸게 팔수있다'는 약속된 시장이 있습니다. 그래서 아무리 중간에 전화가 끊겨도 천명의 답을 얻을때까지 계속 전화를 돌리고, 또 계속 물어봐줍니다. 비록 그 결과로 여조 결과가 다소 편향되게 나올지언정, 어쨌든 데이터는 산출이 된다....는게 바로 그들의 장점. 그리고 이게 사실 그 근본업체들에게도 아쉬운게... 이 근본업체들은 바이든 vs 날리면 같은 흥미진진한 여론조사를 해주지 않아요.......... 구글에 "바이든 vs 날리면 한국갤럽"이라고 검색하면 아무것도 안나옵니다. 갤럽은 근본업체니까요 또 "바이든 vs 날리면 여론조사공정"이라고 검색하면 안나와요. 걔들은 보수에 유리한 이슈만 조사하니까요... 언제나 그렇듯, 건강식은 맛이 없읍니다. [최고의 업체는 어디인가?] 제가 개인적으로 생각하는 최고의 여론조사는 뭐뭐있냐고 묻는다면 저는 두개정도가 떠오르는데 그중 하나는 NBS지표조사입니다. ( http://nbsurvey.kr/ ) 엠브레인퍼블릭 / 케이스탯리서치 / 코리아리서치 / 한국리서치 네 기관이 연합하여 격주로 진행하는 조사입니다. 그외에도 진짜 여러가지 요소들이...음... 뭐랄까... ...?? 와 이렇게까지 한다고? 싶은 것들을 충실하게 이행해주는 조사입니다. 물론 단점이 있는데 격주라서 아무래도 뉴스로써 큰 가치가 없다...는데 조금 의문이 있죠. '이번주에 대통령 지지율이 올랐는데 왜 올랐을까??'같은 질문에 답하기 위해 사용하기 조금 어렵읍니다. 2주동안 너모 많은 일이 있으니까요. 대신 '과연 진짜 여론이 무조건 투표결과로써 반영되는가?'에 대해서는 가장 정확한 데이터를 제공해주지 않나...라고 저는 개인적으로 생각합니다. 킹직히 여론조사를 왜하겠읍니까..? 결국은 투표결과를 예측하고 투표결과에 따라 당락이 결정될 정치인들이 곧 다가올 선거를 두려워하고 여론 눈치를 보게만드는 장치로써 기능하고자하는데 목적이 있는거죠. 킹치만 뉴게 중독자 입장에서는 뭔가 참 재미가 없고... 쓸데도 좀 없는듯한 너낌이 남미다. 키배용도로 써먹기 참 쉽지 않음. [중간에 낀 애매한 업체들은?] 한국갤럽 / 리얼미터 같은 근본업체도 아니고 여론조사공정/여론조사꽃 같은 막장업체도 아닌 기타 등등 중소기업체들은 어떠하냐고 물으신다면 저는 그때그때 다르다고 답하겠읍니다. ㅋㅋ 예를들어 바이든 날리면 같은 주제는 어떤 멍청이가 봐도 대통령에게 불리한 주제입니다. 하지만 조회수는 달달하겠죠? ㅋㅋㅋ 당시 이 떡밥을 물어제끼고 대중들에게 '날리면으로 들으셨어요?'를 물어본 언론사들은 어디어디였냐... 뉴스토마토, 스트레이트뉴스, kbc광주방송이었읍니다. 다소 좌파스럽냐고요? 네 좌파스럽읍니다. 킹치만 우파채널에서는 바이든vs날리면 같은 조사를 해주지 않는걸...... 그래도 기타등등 업체들의 경우 꽃이나 공정만큼 편항된 이슈조사를 하지는 않는것 같읍니다. 민주당 돈봉투 관련 질문을 한개 했다면 김건희여사 특검법 통과에 대한 의견도 한번 묻는다거나... 뭐 이런 최소한의 밸런스는 신경쓰는 업체가 그래도 대부분이지 앙나....
