| Subject | 비염에 굉장히 효과 있었던, 개인적인 방법과 습관 |

만성 비염에 시달리는 분 많으시죠? 저도 예전에 만성 비염, 기침, 콧물을 보유하고 있었는데 문득 이걸 꽤 효과적으로 날린 습관이 생각나서 몇 글자 적어 봅니다. 우선 제 소개를 드리자면, - 환절기 알레르기 o (고개 숙이면 코에서 물이 주르륵) - 알레르기성 비염 o - 목으로 넘어간 코와 나쁜 공기의 환경으로 인한 천식 진단 경험 o (흡입기 사용 o) - 매번 코맹맹이 소리 맹맹 o 인 시절이 있었던 사람입니다. 근데 요즘은, 정말 공기 나쁜 날을 제외하고는 위 증상이 거의 없습니다. 이렇게 변하기까지, 천식을 위한 알약 + 흡입기 외에는 따로 치료를 한 적이 없습니다. 그럼 어떻게 이게 가능했냐...에 대해 매우 간단하게 몇 자 적어 보겠습니다. * 단, 나름의 근거가 있었다곤 해도 의학적 지식 보단 개인적인 경험에 의한 내용이므로 전문가의 의견을 따르는 것이 더 좋겠습니다. 1. 우선, 있는 놈을 없애자. 1) 증상: 코 좌우 (부비동?) 의 공간에 농(코)이 꽉 찬 느낌이 있고, 실제로 해당 부위를 꾹꾹 눌러보면 뭔가 찌익 하면서 농이 눌리는 느낌이 들었다. 2) 방법: 면봉을 양쪽 코에 하나씩 꽂아준다. 이 때, 코가 시큰할 정도의 깊이로 적당히 깊게 꽂아준다. 손으로 잡지 않아도 면봉이 고정될 수 있는 정도의 깊이인데, 혹시나 다칠 수도 있으니 조심히 한다. 면봉을 꽂고 고개를 숙여 바닥을 보고 있는다. 3) 결과: 잠시 후, 코가 미친듯이 흘러나오기 시작한다. 밀려나온 코에 면봉이 흘러내려서 빠질 정도로 나온다. 휴지로 받치거나 세면대에서 시행하여, 바닥이 더러워지지 않도록 하자. 4) 비고: 적당히 비염의 기운이 있을 때 한번씩 해준다. 나는 2-3일에 한번씩, 전체 세네번 했던 것 같다. 2. 더는 생기지 않도록 하자. 1) 방법: 흘러나오는 코를 절대 코로 마시지 않는다. 코가 나오면, 휴지나 손수건, 급하면 손으로라도 훔친다. 흘러나오는 코를 다시 몸 안으로 밀어 넣지 않는 게 중요하다. 2) 결과: 부비동 쪽으로 코가 축적되지 않는다. 결과적으로 비염 증상이 드라마틱하게 없어진다. 3) 비고: 기침, 가래도 대부분 몸 속으로 돌아간 코가 목으로 넘어가서 생긴다. 코가 나오는 대로 그냥 흘려보내면 많은 증상들이 완화된다. 아침에, 샤워를 하며 촉촉한 환경에서 코를 깊게 풀어내는 것도 큰 도움이 된다. 자는 동안 누워있어서 뒤로 넘어간 녀석들을 제거하는 느낌으로.. 3. 코로나 특수를 이용하자 1) 방법: 마스크를 쓴다. 2) 결과: 환절기와 나쁜 대기로 인한 알레르기가 90% 이상 사라졌다. (코 시큰, 콧물 줄줄) 이렇게 하니, 공기가 심하게 나쁜 날을 제외하면 정상인의 삶을 살 수 있게 되었습니다. 의학적 지식이 부족하여, 전문가의 시선에선 다소 부작용에 대한 우려가 있을 수 있겠으나, 제 개인적으로는 크게 효과를 봤기에 몇 자 적어 보았습니다. 다들 뻥 뚫린 하루가 되길 바랍니다.
