그냥 그야말로 잡소리 입니다. 뭔가 연결되는듯 하지만 잘 보면 연결 안됨 0 종교의 자유를 대하는 국민들의 자세 미국식 종교의 자유와 한국식 종교의 자유는 다소 차이가 있는데 간단하게 요약하면 미국식 자유는 '누구나 자기 종교를 마음대로 떠들 권리' 같은 것이고 반대로 한국식 자유는 '내가 남의 종교를 멋대로 전도당하지 않을 권리' 같은 것입니다. 이게 미국식은 '누구나 마음대로 떠들게 할 권리'를 찾는 것처럼 보이고 반대로 한국식은 '누구도 맘대로 떠들지 못할 억압'을 찾는 것처럼 보입니다. 1 언론의 자유를 대하는 사람들의 자세 언론의 자유를 대하는 한국식 태도도 좀 비슷한 면이 있는데 뉴스공장 폐지 건 같은 경우가 그런 경우입니다. 보수진영에 조선일보가 있으면 진보진영은 어떻게 대응해야 하는가? 라고 했을때 두가지 해결책이 있을수 있습니다. A 조선일보를 폐간시킨다 B 진보 진영에 뉴스공장을 만들어 낸다. 저는 A가 억압적인 방법이고 다소 한국적 반응이라면 B는 자유로운 방법이고 다소 미국적 반응이라고 생각합니다. 1.1 선거를 보도하는 행태만 봐도 왜 선거 직전에 선거판세를 보도하지 못하게 합니까?;; 참 한국적으로 억압적인 발상이고, 한국적인 수단이라고 생각해요. 2 유시민 사건 저는 대한민국의 언론이 제대로 기능하고 있다고 생각하지 않습니다. 사실 대단히 잘못 돌아가고 있다고 생각해요. 가장 대표적인 경우가 무엇이었냐고 하면 저는 지난 총선때 나왔던 [유시민 "민주당 단독 과반 가능"]이라고 뽑혔던 언론 기사 제목이라고 생각합니다. 이 기사제목은 이상해요/ 정말 이상합니다/ 너무 이상해요 일단은 더불어민주당은 더불어시민당과 합쳐서 180석이 넘은 거대 여당을 구성할 예정이었는데 150석 가능 이라는 발언이 화제가 되었다는것부터가 문젭니다. 선거가 끝난뒤, 사람들이 만약 유시민의 저 발언이 없었다면 단독 200석이 가능했을지도 모른다고 할만큼 저 발언은 민주당에게 불리하게끔 작용했습니다. 만약 유시민이 없었다고 해봅시다. 민주당이 단독으로 200석이 가능하다는 전망이 현실적으로 가능했음에도 불구하고 그 사실이 시민들에게 제대로 전달되지 않았을 뿐 아니라 [이 사실이 시민들에게 숨겨져 있었다는 것은 아무도 문제삼지 않습니다.] 오히려 유시민의 발언이 문제가 되었어요. 잘 생각해보면 '지금 민주당이 압도적으로 이기는 판세야'라는 정확한 정보를 공개한 사람을 오히려 공격하는 민심이 목격되지 '정확한 정보를 공개한 사람이구나'라고 칭찬하는 민심은 잘 목격되지 않습니다. 괴이합니다. 2.1 언론의 자유를 싫어하는 / 언론의 자유에 적응하지 못하는 시민 저는 그냥 대한민국이 그닥 언론의 자유를 좋아하지 않는 국가라고 생각합니다. 꼭 뉴스공장을 폐지해야 한다는 여론이나 유시민이 비난받는다는 것 때문만이 아니라도 설리나 구하라, 종현 같은 경우만 봐도 그런 생각이 듭니다. 저스틴 비버 / 마일리 사이러스 / 브리트니 스피어스 / 제니퍼 로렌스 같은 젊고 어린 스타들이 악플로 고통받는 다는 이야기는 들어봤어도 죽었다는 얘기는 들어본적이 없습니다 솔직히. 에이미 와인하우스 / 히스레저 같은 경우도 알콜 급성 중독 / 약물 오남용이 원인이지 무슨 자살을 의도해서 약을 퍼먹었다거나 하는경우들이 아닙니다. 그냥 이 시민들은 언론의 자유를 싫어하고 타인이 나를 비판하는 것을 싫어합니다. 영미권 국가들이 갖고있는 그런 종류의 종교/언론의 자유를 이 국민들은 그다지 반가워하지도 않고, 사실은 원하지도 않는것 같아요. 벌거벗은 윤석열을 포스터에 그린 작가를 경찰이 처벌하겠다고 해서 윤석열이 꼭 우리 국민들 중에서도 유달리 속좁고 치사한 사람으로 결론내려지는가? 그냥 한국인들이 타인의 비판에 좀 더 힘들어하는 사람들일뿐. 은 아닌가? 싶은 생각이 듭니다. 꼭 윤석열의 핫마이크와 바이든의 핫마이크를 비교하지 않더라도 설리와 제니퍼 로페즈만 봐도 그런것 같아요. 3 중대선거구제 이야기 왜 중대선거구제 이야기를 앞두고 이런 이상한 소리들을 했냐하면 저는 만약 언론의 자유가 충분히 보장된다면 중대선거구제는 필요하지 않다고 생각하기 때문입니다. 만약 민주당이 단독으로 200석을 채울지도 모른다는 판세라는 사실이 국민들에게 적절하게 공개되는 사회에 있었다면 애초에 유시민이 '단독 150'을 말했다는 것 만으로도 판세는 영향을 받았고 민주당의 의석이 줄어들었다면 저는 대중들이 알아서 의석수를 조절했을것이라고 생각해요. 소선거구제에는 단점이 있지만 적절하게 보장된 언론의 자유가 만약 있었다면 그러한 소선거구제의 단점을, 언론과 시민들이 어느정도 상쇄시켜 줬을꺼라고 생각합니다. 민주당은 단독으로 우리가 이기겠네? 싶어도 '판세가 비등비등하다'라고 선전합니다. 그래야 자기들에게 유리하니까요 미통당도 이거 우리가 지겠는데? 싶어도 '판세가 비등비등하다'라고 선전했습니다. 그래야 자기들에게 유리하니까요 여기에 언론의 자유는 어디갔습니까? 단독으로 민주당이 이길수있다 라고 말하는 '진실을 전하는' 유시민은 왜 선거가 민주당의 압승으로 끝났는데도 죄지은 사람 같은 표정으로 생방송 스튜디오에 앉아있습니까? 1 뉴스공장을 폐지시키지 않는다 1.1 선거직전 깜깜이 기간을 폐지한다 2 옳은 정보를 전하는 사람을 격려한다 3 민주당과 국민의힘이 함께 '위성정당을 만들지 않는다'라고 공표한다. 왜 이런 쉬운 길을 놔두고 중대선거구제 같은 험난한 길로 가는가 근데, 맨 처음에도 말했듯 그냥 그야말로 잡소리 입니다. 뭔가 연결되는듯 적어놓았지만 사실 잘 보시면 전혀 연결 안되는 주제들이고 사실 꼭 제가 말한게 다 정답도 아닙니다. 그냥 조선일보를 폐간시키는 것도 정답일수 있죠 뭐. 선거기간 깜깜이 기간도 유지할수 있고, 양당이 자기 선거에 유리하게끔 거짓 정보를 말하는 것도 용납하고 위성정당을 만들지 않는다는 신사협정대신, 중대선거구제로의 선거제도 개편을 하자? 뭐 꼭 이상한 일인가요 뭐.... 꼭 우리의 정치인들을 보지 않더라도 우리의 연예인들만 보더라도 우리나라 사람들은, 언론의 자유를 별로 좋아하지도 않는 나라 같은데... 뭐..... 그냥 잡소립니다. 일하기 싫어서. 아 일해야하는데...... 기찮다 이제 일하러 가겠읍니다. 아아 월도 월도가 하고싶다!!! 1, 2까지는 생각에 따라 동의할 수도 있는데 중선거구제 얘기부터는 전혀 이해가 안 되네요. 제가 생각하는 중선거구제의 가장 큰 의의는 건전한 제3당이 나타났을 때 차근차근 성장해 나갈 수 있는 가능성이 생긴다는 부분입니다. 승자가 모든 걸 가져가는 제도하에서는 사표 심리 때문에 양당 체제로 수렴될 수밖에 없고요. 중선거구제와 언론의 자유는 관련이 없어 보입니다.
