요즘 중국에 대해서 들고 있는 생각들입니다. 정리된 생각이 아니라 그냥 잡상들인데 가볍게 한번 써봅니다. 1. 시진핑의 공동부유 시진핑이 밀고 있는 공동부유. 비웃는 사람들도 많지만 어쩔수 없는 정책이라 생각한다. 중국 경제성장률은 갈수록 줄어들고 있다. 그리고 경제성장을 하지 못하면 실업률을 감당할수 없다. 그래서 나온 것이 공동부유다. 그런데 공동부유란 말은 좋지만 중요한 것은 누가 돈을 내놓을까냐다. 돈이 나와야 복지를 할수 있다. 물론 시진핑 동지가 한마디 하니까 다들 알아서 돈을 내놓기 시작했다. 안 내놓으면 어떻게 될지 다 알고 있으니 까. 웃기는 것은 돈 내놓는 회사 들은텐센트 알리바바 샤오미 등 모조리 사기업이다. 다른 회사들, 예를 들어 국영기업들은 대체 뭘 하고 있나? 중국 국영기업이 엉망징창이란 것은 누구나 다 아는 사실이다. 엉망징창인 이유는 공산당 때문이란 것도 아는 사실이고. 물이 새는 항아리는 건들지 못하고 건실한 사기업들에게만 돈 내놓으라 외치고 있다. 시진핑은 두 마리 토끼를 동시에 노리고 있는 것이다. 자기들 통제에서 벗어날지도 모르는 거대 사기업을 때려잡고 거기서 나온 돈도 쏠쏠히 써먹겠다고. 좋은 꾀라고 할수도 있지만 근본적인 해결책이 아니지 않는가? 2. 중국 부동산 붕괴로 인한 중국 경제 붕괴 중국 부동산 붕괴. 십년도 넘게 나온 말이다. 거룸이다, 언젠간 터진다 말이 많았는데 요즘 상황을 보면 이번엔 정말 터질것 같다. 지금 상황이 정말 장난이 아니다. 부동산이 중국 경제에서 얼마나 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는지는 잘 알려져 있다. 부동산 붕괴가 시작되면 무슨 일이 일어날지도 뻔하고. 그리고 지금 국제적으로도 경제 상황이 아주 안좋다. 이러다 정말 중국 경제 위기가 올지도 모른다. 중국 경제 위기. 이런 일이 일어나면 좋아할 사람들이 많을 것이다. 그런데 정말 중국에 경제 위기가 일어나면 어떻게 될까? 중국은 세계경제2위이다. 이런 나라에 위기가 일어나면 전세계 경제에 엄청난 충격을 준다. 따라서 막아야 한다. 아임에프 같은 단체는 그것을 위해 있는 것이다. 그런데 과연 아임에프가 중국을 도울까? 또한 중국은 아임에프에 도움을 청하려 할까? 문제는 중국을 도우려는 나라 중에서 도울수 있는 나라가 없다는 거다. 중국을 도울 생각이 있는 나라, 러시아 북한 타키스탄 모두 중국을 도울 능력이 없다. 그 외의 그럴 능력이 있는 나라들은 중국을 돕고 싶지 않는다. 오히려 이 기회에 중국을 아예 박살내고 싶어할수도 있다. 중국과 패권 경쟁을 벌이고 있는 미국이 선선히 중국을 도울리는 없을 것이다. 중국 역시 그걸 안다. 그리고 중국은 가오를 목숨처럼 여기는 독재국가다. 아임에프에 도움을 청한다는 그런 상식적인 일을 하지 않으려 들 것이다. 그건 시진핑 동지의 가오가 손상되는 일이니까. 그러면 대체 사태는 어떻게 될까? 전혀 예측이 되지 않는다. 도대체 무슨 일이 벌어질지 모르겠다. 중국이 무너진다, 한국에게 좋을수도 있다. 하지만 그래서 온 세상 경제가 다 박살이 나버린다면? 그리고 대공황이 그랫던 것처럼 그것이 세계대전을 불러온다면? 그런 일은 없어야 하겠지만 어찌 될지 알수가 없다.
