예전에 동네에 아는 할머니께서 100세이셨던 분이 있으셔서 그 분을 보면서 나이드는 것이란이라는 생각을 해 볼 기회가 있었는데요. 그 할머니는 젊어서 간호사였고 식단에 신경쓰시고 운동을 규칙적으로 하시는 분이셨어요. 90세 이후에도 매일 규칙적으로 동네 한 바퀴 도는 산책과 근력운동을 거르시지 않으셨는데요. 그 분을 보면서 제가 당시에 하던 운동들에 대해서 과연 내 나이가 90이 되어도 계속 할 수 있을까 라는 생각이 들었어요. 100세 넘으신 할머님이 아령을 하시고 땅에 붙박이 되어있는 자전거 페달운동을 하시는 모습이 참 인상적이셨거든요. 103세까지 사셨는데요. 그래서 저도 70세 이후에는 아령과 자전거 페달 운동을 꼭 해야지 맘 먹고 있어요. :) 그러면서 운동에 대해서 생각해보았던 것이 수영은 그래도 가장 신체에 무리가 안가는 운동이겠구나 싶었구요. 폐활량에 도움이 좋다하더라구요. 요즘은 저는 가라앉지 않아서 다행이구나 할 정도로 하네요. 반면 스키는 사고도 많은 운동이어서 나이가 들면 젊어서 스키 타시던 분들도 스키를 안가시거나 타는 걸 조심하시게된다고 하더라구요. 당장 이제 저도 40대가 되니깐 혹시나 스키타다가 넘어지면 골치겠다라는 생각이 늘 앞서기 때문에 애들 먼저 보내놓고 저 혼자 조심조심 탈려고 노력해요. 나이드신 분들이 활강 멋지게 하시면서 내려가시는 모습 참 인상적인데 아~ 저는 넘을 수 없는 산이다 이러게되더라구요. 얼마전에 친정어머니께서 한동안 저희랑 한 3개월 함께 생활하신적이 있으세요. 손자들이 자전거 타는 모습을 즐겨보셔서... 60이 넘으신 어머니께 자전거를 아이들이 가르쳐드렸어요. 결국 자전거타기에 성공하셨는데요. 참 어머님이 자랑스러웠었어요...그 연세에 도전하시고 이루시는 모습이 보기 좋았거든요. 위험하겠다는 생각이 계속 들었지만... 최대한 조심조심 배우셨는데요. 다치실까 저는 상상도 하기 싫었지만 .... 타시고 싶은 맘이 위험에 대한 걱정을 이기셨던 것 같아요. 그랬는데, 얼마전에 집에 허버보드라고 정준하가 무한도전에 타던 보드인데, 가격이 많이 내려서 아이들이 좋아하겠다하면서 생일선물로 사주게 되었어요.  아이들이랑 남편은 샀는 첫 날 아에 균형잡고는 느긋하게 타던데요. 운동과 담쌓은 몸치인 저는 애들 성화에 보드를 타보니 보드가 뒤로만 떼구르르 가는거에요. 어찌 뒤로 그렇게 잘 가나 할 정도로... 균형이 안 잡혀서 어려웠어요. 운동잘하는 아이들에야 비할 수 없겠지만, 남산만한 배를 가진 남편도 애들처럼 신나게 쌩쌩타고 있는데... 저는 참 이게 다루기 어려운 물건마냥 끙끙거리면서 몇 번 타 본게 다이거든요. 친정어머니 자전거 배우실때 옆에서 못배우신다 타박도 은근 많이 했나 싶은데.... 그 안되는 어머니 마음이 고스란히 느껴지는거에요. 은근 넘어지면 크게 다칠 것 같아서...아무리 균형잘잡는 아이들을 봐도 모자 꼭 쓰고 타라고 잔소리 중인데요. 으크... 방금 집앞에서 타던 남편 좀 전에 꽈당탕... 넘어졌네요. 이제 나이가 들면 할 수 없는 운동들이 생긴다 생각하니... 슬퍼요. 어떤 운동들 하시나요? 우리집 누구처럼 쉼쉬기 운동 말구요... 라켓볼이요. 근데 체중이 너무많이불어서+나이가10대후반이 아닌데 생각없이 체력으로뛰다가 허벅지 파열도났었네요.. 라켓볼 진짜재밌는데 이제는 예전처럼 구르고 다이브하면서 치는게 안되서 못잡는 볼은 손놓고 요령으로 치려니 재미가ㅜㅜ떨어지네요. 답은 몸에서 살 걷어내는건데... 그게안되네요 그게. 요새는 그래서 탁구장을 기웃거려봅니다.
태권도,복싱도 했었는데 이제 중고딩한테 맞기싫어서 안해요 크크크크크크 중고딩때는 어른들 때리는맛이었는데....

라켓볼이요. 근데 체중이 너무많이불어서+나이가10대후반이 아닌데 생각없이 체력으로뛰다가 허벅지 파열도났었네요.. 라켓볼 진짜재밌는데 이제는 예전처럼 구르고 다이브하면서 치는게 안되서 못잡는 볼은 손놓고 요령으로 치려니 재미가ㅜㅜ떨어지네요. 답은 몸에서 살 걷어내는건데... 그게안되네요 그게. 요새는 그래서 탁구장을 기웃거려봅니다.
태권도,복싱도 했었는데 이제 중고딩한테 맞기싫어서 안해요 크크크크크크 중고딩때는 어른들 때리는맛이었는데....
축구도 안한지 오래고... 요... 더 보기

축구도 안한지 오래고... 요새 저녁 바나나에 우유반컵먹으면서 한10km씩 걷기-뛰기 하는데 뛰는거리는2km나 될까해서 몸뚱이에 절망중이에요ㅜㅜ2016 하반기는 되야 예전하던 운동들 다시즐길수있을거같고.. 물론 그때까지 다이어트를 지속할 자신은 없습니다.
