안녕하세요. 정치 얘기 좋아하는 아잽니다. 고발 사주 사건(?)에서 핫피플로 부상한 손준성 부장검사.. 그가 지금 추라인이냐 윤라인이냐로 서로 '너네 라인이잖아!' 라고 싸웁니다. 제가 손검사면 진짜 황당하고 억울할 것 같아요. 대충 타임라인을 보면... - 대검 수사정보정책관은 총장에게 직보하는, 총장의 최측근이 가는 자리다. (그러니까 손검사는 윤라인) - 작년 1월에 윤라인 싹 날리면서 손검사가 수사정보정책관으로 갔다. (그러니까 추라인) 둘다 팩트에 기반한 말인데요. 대체 이분이 뭐하시는 분이었나 궁금해서 기사 검색을 해봤습니다. 19년 6월에 윤총장이 총장 청문회 준비단 만든다면서 언급이 되는데, 이분이 문무일 검찰총장 청문회 준비단때 기획총괄팀장이었다고 합니다. 문총장때도 능력을 인정 받으셨던 분이군요. 윤총장 청문회 준비단은 누구누구였나 찾아봤는데 누구외 10-15명 정도의 검사로 구성되었다는 기사만 찾을 수 있었습니다. 그리고 20년 1월 검찰 인사발령때 원주지청장에서 대검 수사정보정책관으로 올라오시고요. 일단 작년 1월 검찰 인사발령 이후 이분이 언급되는게 8월 검찰 인사발령땝니다. https://newsis.com/view/?id=NISX20200827_0001144509&cID=10201&pID=10200 === 검찰총장 직속으로 비위 첩보 등을 수집하던 수사정보정책관은 조직이 축소됐다. 차장검사급 1명과 부장검사급 2명이던 조직이 수사정보담당관 1명으로 줄었으며, 손준성(46·29기) 수사정보정책관이 수사정보담당관으로 유임됐다. 손 정책관도 대검 내 윤 총장의 측근으로 분류된다. === 1월은 모르겠지만, 8월에는 윤라인으로 불립니다. 다른 기사들을 더 봤는데, 이때 수사정보정책관실이 수사정보담당관으로 축소 되면서 손준성의 포지션이 차장검사에서 부장검사로 강등당했답니다. 윤라인으로서 윤석열 곁에 남고 싶었던게 아니면 강등을 감수하면서 남았겠냐는 말이 되는거죠. 그 뒤로 11월에 다시 한번 등장하십니다. 그때 윤총장 직무배재 하면서 검찰에서 반발이 일때입니다. https://www.donga.com/news/article/all/20201126/104162794/2 === 손준성 대검 수사정보담당관 등 중간간부 27명은 이날 성명을 내 이같이 밝히며 “이는 검찰의 정치적 중립성은 물론이고, 검찰개혁 나아가 소중하게 지켜온 대한민국의 법치주의 원칙을 크게 훼손하는 것”이라고 했다. === 12월에 갑자기 사진과 기사가 쏟아지는데요. 이분이 윤총장 징계위에 윤총장쪽 증인으로 출석하셔서 그렇습니다. 또한, 이때쯤 이분이 판사사찰 문건의 작성자라는 기사도 나오고요. https://biz.chosun.com/site/data/html_dir/2020/12/11/2020121101236.html === 법조계에서는 증인 명단만으로는 어느 한쪽의 승패를 장담하기 힘들다는 평가가 나온다. 8명의 증인 중 4명은 윤 총장 측의 입장을 대변하고 4명은 추 장관을 대변할 것으로 보이기 때문이다. 류혁 감찰관, 박영진 부장검사, 손준성 담당관, 이정화 검사는 윤 총장 측의 입장을 대변할 것으로 보이고, 한동수 부장, 이성윤 지검장, 정진웅 차장검사, 심재철 국장은 추 장관 측에 유리한 증언을 할 것으로 예상된다. === 정리하면, 제 생각에는 이분이 19년에는 누구라인이었는지 모르겠지만, 문총장시절부터 나름 능력있는 검사로 인정 받던 분이었고, 20년 1월에 대검으로 올라온 이후에는 확실히 윤라인이었을 것 같습니다. 현재 김웅은 확실히 부인을 하지 않고 '난 기억이 안난다' 라고만 하고 있는데, 방송에서 변호사 패널들 하는 말로는 '법적 책임을 피하기 위한 것' 이라고 합니다. 나중에 진실이 드러나도 '난 기억이 안난거지 거짓말을 한건 아니다' 라고 하기 위해서요. 한편, 손준성 검사는 '그런일 없다' 입니다. 솔직히, 둘이 친구면 둘이 입을 맞춰야지 왜 한명은 부인하고 한명은 뜨뜻미지근한건지 모르겠거든요.. 제가 김웅이면 '제가 기억이 안나는데 준성이가 그런일 없다고 하면 없는 걸겁니다' 정도까지는 해도 되지 않나... 그리고 김웅과 공익신고자도 아닌 제보자A 가 유력한 용의자인 게 현상황인데
제보자 A가 과거에도 조작을 한 이력이 있다고 하니
그 텔레그램 스샷이나 보낸 사람 이름도 현 시점에선 의심을 해봐야 한다고 봅니다.
