와이프가 네이버, 아이디어스, 소셜미디어로 핸드메이드 수제품 온라인 판매를 소소하게 하고 있습니다 그러던 중 쿠팡에서 연락이 와서 쿠팡 마켓플레이스에 입점을 하게 되었습니다 판매제품 등록은 다른 마켓에서 불러오기가 되어 쉽게 불러와서 판매제품을 등록완료하고 이제 판매만 하면 됩니다 하지만 안팔립니다,,,, 뭐 고작 한거라고는 다른 마켓에서 불러오기해서 상품등록한 시간하짐 고작 10분이라 뭐 그냥 쿠팡에서는 내가 만든게 안먹하는가 보다 한 지 3-4개월만에 쿠팡에서 문자가 옵니다,,, 제품 주문이 들어왔다고 합니다 오랜 기억을 되살려 쿠팡마켓플레이스 로그인을 합니다 3개월이 지난 휴면고객이라 로그인을 할 수 없습니다 메일로 휴면고객 해지를 요청해야 한다고 합니다 요청합니다,,,, 그리고 몇시간 후 다시 메일을 확인하지만 답장이 없습니다 다음날 메일을 확인하다 보니 PW 재설정 메일이 와 있습니다 하지만 그 링크의 유효기간은 쿠팡에서 발송한 후 1시간 입니다 아뿔싸 쿠팡에서 메일 받은지 2시간이 지났네요 그 링크는 무용지물입니다 다시 휴면고객 해지 요청 메일을 보냅니다 1시간 안에 링크를 클릭해야 한다길래 자주 이용하지도 않는 메일을 몇분 간격으로 봅니다 오전에 보낸 메일은 점심까지 답장이 오지 않습니다 점심을 먹고오니 1시간이 지난 PW 재설정 메일이 와 있습니다 링크는 이미 무용지물 입니다 짜증나는 마음에 판매자 고객센터에 전화합니다 판매자 고객센터 대기시간은 1시간 이상입니다 비밀번호 재설정 하나 제대로 할 수 없는 마켓 판매자는 할 생각이 없어졌습니다 고객센터는 통화도 안되니 로그인이 안되서 탈퇴해달라고 메일을 보냅니다 탈퇴하려면 로그인해서 상품을 지우고 정리를 해야 탈퇴가 된답니다 로그인이 안되서 탈퇴하려는데 로그인을 해야 탈퇴가 된다니 황당합니다 조건이 충족되면 판매자 센터로 전화 달라고 합니다 통화가 안되는데 전화까지 하라고 합니다 자발적 탈퇴는 힘들 것 같습니다 그냥 짤릴때까지 냅둬야 될 것 같습니다 그 와중에도 처리하지 않은 주문 고객이 있다고 합니다 저거 냅두면 알아서 자동 탈퇴 될것같아 냅뒀습니다 뭐 저야 쿠팡 마켓플레이스에 미련이 없기에 상관이 없다만 많은 분들이 생업을 위해 마켓플레이스에서 판매를 하실텐데 온라인 판매를 하다보면 크고작은 문제가 쉴새없이 터져 나오는데 로그인 문제 하나 해결 할 수 없는 관리자가 무엇을 할 수 있을까요 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 2 이 게시판에 등록된 R4tang님의 최근 게시물 |
