 저는 로맨틱 코미디를 좋아합니다. 다소 뻔한 내용이라고 해도 참 좋아합니다. 그 중에서도 낸시 마이어스 감독의 작품이라면 걱정없이 보러갈 수 있습니다. 저는 그녀의 작품에서 실망한 적이 없었거든요. 왓 위민 원트 라든가, 사랑할 때 버려야 할 아까운 것들이라든가 혹은 로맨틱 홀리데이 같은 그런 것들. 거기다 제가 좋아하는 앤 헤서웨이 까지 나온다면 두 말할 필요없이 보러가는거죠. 하지만 이번 인턴은 한마디로 말해서 재미가 없습니다. 훈훈하긴 한데, 극적인 재미가 별로 없습니다. 극적인 재미 뿐만 아니라 인물적 재미도 상당히 떨어집니다. 아니 앤 헤서웨이와 로버트 드니로인데 인물적 재미가 떨어진다뇨... 하지만 떨어집니다. 우선 두 중심축, 아니 이 인턴 안에 있는 모든 인물들이 매우 평면적입니다. 이렇다할 히스테리도, 문제도, 하물며 인간적인 매력도 별로 보여주지 못하죠. 극 안에서 인물이 하나의 방향으로 지정되어버리면 그 인물은 그쪽으로만 쭉 나아갑니다. 코미디의 캐릭터는 코미디만, 진지한 캐릭터는 진지함만, 키다리 아저씨는 키다리 아저씨만.(..) .. 오로지 단 한 명의 인물인 여주인공만 입체적인 모습을 보여주는데. 그것마저도 파악가능한 그런 부분에서 멈춰 있습니다. 로버트 드니로는 어떠한 사람이었을까요? 어떤 상사였을까요? 어떤 남편이었을까요? 그러한 부분은 영화 안에서 살짝만 보여집니다. 이 인물의 당위성을 파악하기가 매우 힘들어지는 것이죠. 벤 휘테커는 매우 좋은 사람입니다만, 현실에선 이런 인물은 존재하지 않겠죠. 영화는 중간 중간 케이퍼 무비의 모습도 보여주고 스토리를 꼬기도 하는등 나름의 재롱을 보여줍니다만 전혀 감흥이 없습니다. 차라리 감독의 전작처럼 우직하게 한 컷으로, 한 분위기로 끌고 나갔으면 더 좋았을 것 같은 모습이에요. 저에게는 전혀 설득되지 않았습니다. 특히 엔딩부분!.... 엔딩은 진짜 도저히 이해가 안됐습니다. 이러고 끝이야? 하는 생각이 스탭롤이 다 올라갈때까지도 들었으니까요. 앤 헤서웨이와 로버트 드니로가 남녀 주인공입니다만 줄스 오스틴은 남편과 딸이 따로 있고 벤 휘테커 역시 피오나가 있죠. 서로 있는 건 좋다 이겁니다. 문제는 남 녀 주인공이 명백히 다른 공간 안에 있다는 겁니다. 어떠한 감정의 교류도 느껴지지 않았어요. 느껴지는거라곤.. 그냥 와 저런 할아버지 있으면 편하긴 하겠다. 하는 느낌이지, 어떠한 짜릿하고 애절한 느낌이랑은 거리가 한참 멀었어요. 이 부분은 홍차넷의 다른 유저이신 kpark님도 지적하신 것으로 압니다.(..) 이러쿵 저러쿵 말을 여러가지 풀었습니다만, 이 영화를 한 문장으로 표현해보자면 이겁니다. 짬짜면, 둘이 섞이면 니 맛도 내 맛도 아니다. 감독의 의도가 뭔지 잘 모르겠어요. 잘 하던걸 그대로 하든가, 아니면 확 바꾸던가 했어야 했는데.. 좋아하는 감독이라 참 아쉬운 작품입니다. 물론 차기작이 나오면 또 보러 갈겁니다. 아 그리고 헤서웨이는 여전히 예쁩니다. 평점은 2.5/5 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 0 이 게시판에 등록된 레이드님의 최근 게시물 |

저도 추석연휴 마지막날 보고 왔는데요,
우선 영화가 말하고자 하는 바는 senior의 쓸모없지 않음.. 정도가 전부이지 않았나 싶은데
앤 해서웨이나 로버트 드 니로옹의 연기가 그나마 주제의식 없이 흘러갈 뻔 했던 영화를 살려오지 않았나 싶었습니다.
생각없이 에세이 읽는 기분으로 보면 좋을 딱 그정도 영화지 않았나 싶었습니다.

우선 영화가 말하고자 하는 바는 senior의 쓸모없지 않음.. 정도가 전부이지 않았나 싶은데
앤 해서웨이나 로버트 드 니로옹의 연기가 그나마 주제의식 없이 흘러갈 뻔 했던 영화를 살려오지 않았나 싶었습니다.
생각없이 에세이 읽는 기분으로 보면 좋을 딱 그정도 영화지 않았나 싶었습니다.
