http://www.sejungilbo.com/news/articleView.html?idxno=21646 뉴게에 올렸다가 화이트리스트 미포함 기사라 티타임으로 옮깁니다. 최근에 인사 담당이나 경리 직원들 쪽에는 날벼락 같은 이슈가 하나 있습니다. 2019년부터 근로소득간이지급명세서 신고라는 새로운 제도가 생겼는데 간단히 얘기하면 반년마다 한 번씩 직원들 월급 준 내역 신고하라는 겁니다. 그럼 예전에는 신고 안했음? 물론 신고 합니다. 1년에 한번씩이요. 1년에 한번 신고하는 근로소득신고가 바로 우리가 흔히 아는 연말정산이 속한 신고입니다. 그럼 기존에 하던걸 왜 간이신고를 1년에 두번 더 하라고 하는지 알아보니까 근로장려금 지급시 갭이 너무 커져서 그렇다고 합니다.. 뭐 그렇다고 하네요. 문제는 저 1년에 두번 하는 신고에 대한 국세청 홍보가 진짜 너무너무 없었습니다. 등기도 아니고 그냥 일반 우편으로 공문 한개씩 보내고 끝이었어요. 그것도 작년 6월에 한번 보내고 연말에는 아예 보내지도 않았고요. 그리고 올해 6월되서 각 회사에 연락해서 "왜 신고 안함? 가산세 내세요"라고 연락이 오고 있어요. 진짜 문제는 저 가산세인데 가산세율은 미신고 금액의 0.5%입니다. 단순하게 월급 250만원 받는 직원이 100명 있는 회사가 저걸 놓쳐서 신고 안하면 가산세만 1년에 1500만원 나오는거에요.(250만원 x 100명 x 12개월 x 0.5%) 적지 않은 회사가 저런 사고 터지면 직원에게 책임 전가하는 현실에서 경리직원이 1500만원을 회사에 물어낸다? 진지하게 극단적인 선택을 하는 사람도 나올수 있는 상황인거죠. 부총리는 행정부는 법대로 집행하고 국회에서 수정해주지 않으면 방법이 없다고 하는데 그럼 법 지키게 좀 안내를 더 신경 썼어야 하는거 아닌가 싶어요. 일반 우편 한 개 보내놓고 가산세 몇천만원씩 때리는건 경우가 아니죠.
