꼭 익명을 걸어야 하나 싶기는 한데 그래도 범죄를 당한 피해자 입장이므로 익명AMA 이해해 주시기 바랄게요. 텔레그램을 이용한 피싱 사기에 당했습니다. 30대 후반 가장이고, 직장인입니다. 평소에 직장에서 업무용 대화방으로 텔레그램을 활용하고 있는데 회사 대표 계정을 해킹해서, 평소 대표와 1:1로 업무 이야기를 나누던 그 대화방에서 피싱을 당했습니다. 직급이 본부장급이라 대표와 자주 소통을 합니다. 미안하고 염치없지만 현금을 좀 빌릴수 있겠느냐고 물어와서 당연히 의아한 마음이 들었지만, 또 그만큼 곤란한 사정이 있는가 하여 입금을 하였습니다. 피해액은 정확히 밝힐수는 없지만 100만원 오버 1000만원 언더입니다. 통화로 확인을 했어야 했는데, 통화해도 괜찮냐 하니 회의중이라 나중에 전화하겠다는 메시지가 왔습니다. 하필 공교롭게도 실제로 회사 대표가 외부 일정으로 회의중이었고, 곁에 동행한 직원과 사전에 전화통화까지 해서 확인하고 있었습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 '회의중에 왜 돈이 필요하시지?' 라는게 살짝 의아했지만, 통화가 어려운 상황이구나 했습니다. 토스를 통해서 입금을 요구하였고, 계좌 성명이 대표와 다른 것을 확인하였습니다. 이 마지막 기회에 알아차리고 멈추었어야 했는데... 텔레그램으로 아 계좌와 이름이 맞는지 재차 확인하였고, 맞다는 확인하에 송금을 진행해버렸습니다. 이후 1시간쯤 뒤에 회사 대표로부터 전체 공지로 현재 본인 텔레그램 계정이 해킹된 것 같으니 송금 등의 요구에 절대 응하지 말라는 메시지가 전달되어 아차 싶었습니다. 바로 112 경찰에 신고하고, 회사에도 피해사실을 보고하였습니다. 이후 경찰서 방문하였고 피싱범죄 수사팀에 사건을 접수해둔 상태입니다. 그게 어제~오늘까지 일어난 일이네요. 평소에 나도 피싱범죄의 대상이 될 수 있고 잘 대응해야 한다고 생각하던 편이었지만 일상적으로 활용하던 대화방을 활용한 사기를 당하고 싶어서 당하는 사람은 없다는 사실을 다시한번 피부로 깨달았네요. 다만 피해액이 그렇게까지는 크지 않고, 정말 좋은 경험 했고 배움의 기회였다고 생각하고 있습니다. 나머지 이야기는 질문 주시면 답변드리도록 할게요. 피싱 사고를 당했을때 어떻게 처리해야 하고 진행사항이 어떻게 되는지 등등. 그리고 다시한번 당부드리지만 아무리 긴박해보이고 곤란해보이는 상황이어도 절대로, 절대로 돈을 송금하는 행위는 두번 세번 확인한 다음에 진행하셨으면 합니다.
