흔히 겪어보시는 사례는 아닌 것 같아서. 궁금하신점 질문 받아봅니다. 사건 개요 - 따릉이 중침에 받혀 낙차 - 상대는 내리막 + 이어폰 + 경치구경, 저는 오르막 - 충돌 예견하고 피한다고 해봤지만 오르막의 낮은 기동성, 내리막의 가속 + 길가 가드에 몰려 더 피할 곳이 없었어요. - 이어폰 때문에 저의 경고 외침도 못들었다고. - 낙차시 오른쪽 다리로 버티고 섰으나 충격량을 못이겨 그대로 주저앉음 차라리 넘어지거나 굴렀으면 덜 다쳤을까. - 고관절 인대 1개 끊어지고 중둔근, 장경근 파열 - 주저앉을때 뒤꿈치가 엉덩이를 가격해 엉덩이 피하지방 터짐 - 장경근은 그나마 1달 남짓해서 파열된곳 아물었는데 - 중둔근은 여기저기 뜯어져서 몇 달간 걷지도 앉지도 못하고 누워도 아파서 못눕고 - 피하지방은 가뜩이나 회복이 더딘데다 앉을때 또 터지고 걸어도 움직거려져서 자꾸 터지고 치료기간 1년 반? - 1년 반 쯤 시점 부터 약 필요할때나 다시 오라고 병원 진단. - 장요근이 늘어난것으로 추정되는 부위에 후유증이 남아 걷다가 아프거나 불편해지기도. - 걷는 중에 불편해지면 이런 저런 스트레칭 후 멀쩡해지기도 아니기도. - 피하지방도 완치가 되긴 되는건지.. 아직도 딱딱한데 앉았을때 따끔. 하는 경우가 있어서 조심스러움. - 사건 이후 걸을때 오른쪽 무릎에서 뚝뚝 소리 발생. - 척추를 타고 울림. 심할때는 뒷목 아래까지 울림이 느껴짐. 직접적 연관성 보다는 부상과 회복기간 동안 몸이 다친 반대쪽으로 길울었었다보니 망가진 자세때문에 발생했을지 모르겠다는 추론. 병원에서도 사진상 보이는건 없고, 심해지는지 좀 더 지켜보자는 중이지만 빈도가 더 잦아지는 중이라 신경 쓰이는 중입니다. 오진 사례 - 동네 정형외과 = 퇴행성 고관절염 - 초기에 갔던 척전병원 = 피하지방 얘기가 전혀 없었고 오히려 자전거 타라고 운동처방 해준게.. 안장에 앉기 때문에 피하지방을 더 짖이겨버림 도수치료때도 엉덩이를 팔꿈치로 짖이겨 주셨으니. 어쩐지 도수치료 받고 나면 2-3일 정도 너무 아프더라니. - 병원 옮겨다니다 타 병원에서 피하지방 터진걸 알게 될때, 초기 병원의 mri는 엉덩이를 한쪽만 찍었다고. "이걸 왜 한쪽만 찍었지? 양쪽을 찍어야 상태 비교가 되는데." 라고 의견을 보이기도. "도넛방석을 써야 해요" 라는 공통된 의견들.. 폭풍속 심야 항해를 꾀 오래했다는 느낌입니다. 신체적으로 경제적으로 정신적으로 데미지도 꾀 됩니다.
