게시판 규정이나 취지에 맞는 글일지는 모르겠지만 올려 봅니다. 문제가 된다면 언제든 삭제하겠습니다. 참 지극히 평범하다면 평범한 인생을 살아왔는데, 뭔가 그럴수록 반대급부로 특이하고 비범한 경험에 끌리게 되더라고요. 그렇게 해 본 일탈 중 가장 기억에 남는 건 단연 호빠 선수 뛰어 본 거... 그저 호기심에 해 본 거였고 그나마도 한 주 일하고 관뒀지만 (호빠 선수가 아닌 "경험자"임을 강조한 이유), 상당히 임팩트가 크게 남는 경험이었어요. 호빠에 대해 잘 모르시는 분들께 설명드리면, 쉽게 말해 룸살롱이나 단란주점의 성반전 버전이라고 보시면 됩니다. 여자 고객들을 상대로 남자 접대부를 제공하는 유흥업이죠. 음지에 있지만 의외로 불법은 아니고, 정식으로 업소를 등록해 운영하고 세금도 내는, 나름 떳떳한(?) 업종이라고 할 수 있습니다. 취직하고 일 시작 전 약 한 달 시간이 떴는데, 백수로 지내려니 너무도 심심해 염증이 생길 지경이더라고요. 그래서 뭔가 특별한 경험을 해 보자 결심해서 알아 본 게 하필 호빠였습니다. 당시 ㅈㅇㅈ, ㄱㄷㅂ 등 유명 유튜버들이 호빠에 직접 취업해 본 후기를 올리기도 했고, 호빠 선수들의 세계를 그린 영화 비스티 보이즈를 재밌게 보기도 했던 터라 호기심이 자극됐거든요. 자세한 과정이나 팩트는 게시판 취지에 맞게 질문에 맡기기로 하고... 소감만 정리해 보자면, 정말 할 일이 못 됩니다. 간단한 시스템을 설명드리자면, '박스'라는 그룹으로 선수들이 모집돼 활동하고, 박스 소속 선수가 손님의 초이스를 받으면 그 주대를 '마담(남자)'이랑 나눠 갖는 그림입니다. 고정된 페이가 있는 것도 아니고, 수요보다 공급이 훨씬 많다 보니 손님 초이스를 받는 것도 하늘의 별 따기이니 돈이 잘 벌릴리가 없고, 밤에 일하다 보니 정상적인 생활은 불가능하고, 술을 마셔야 하다 보니 건강은 망가지고... 불안정한 일을 몸 상해가며 하는 거죠. 요즘은 웹툰 같은 미디어에서도 자주 소재로 다뤄지지만, 현실을 여과 없이 담아내지는 못 했다는 게 제 의견입니다. 설명이 너무 길었네요. 질문 많이 주세요 ㅎㅎ 제 경험의 테두리 안에서 성의껏 답변해 드리겠습니다!
