벤치 100 kg 데드 200 kg 스퀏 200 kg 합계 500으로 간신히 단속반 합격했습니다만.. 어깨부상으로 크흑,,,... 현재 벤치 최대 50kg 데드 200kg 스퀏 160kg 으로 줄어들었습니다. 몸을 제대로 다쳐보니 제가 과하게 무게치기에 집착하고 있었다는것을 알게 되었고 몸띵이만 크고 팔은 얇고 체형도 균형적이지 않더군요.. 지금와서 돌아보면.. 지난 시간들이 그저 힘자랑만 할 줄아는 그것이었고 정말 힘쌘분들 앞에서는 (___) 요즘은 무게에 집착하지 않고 몸균형을 되찾고 건강하게 즐길 수 있는 헬스를 하고자 노력하고있습니다. 다시금 전설적인 보디빌더들의 루틴을 보고 배우고 있습니다. 9개월차 헬린이(178에 82키로) 벤치 70 스퀏 80 데드는 잘 안하는데
대충 1rm은 아니고 위 기준은 10~12회 하는것같아요 한세트당
무게늘릴수록 부상당할까봐 최대한 천천히 늘리는 스타일인데 그냥 이쁜몸만들꺼면 데드 안해도 된다는사람도있고 꼭하라는 사람도있는데요 꼭 해야할까요
데드 예전에 하긴 했었는데(80정도?) 뭔가 혼자하면 자세잡기도 빡센것같고 크게다칠것같아 무섭습니다
